It gives me great pleasure to announce that most of our standalone stores across the country are now open. There are some changes in store timings and some stores are operating on specific days as per local government guidelines. You may click here to check the store status and timing before planning your store visit. 

 

We have reinforced our store safety guidelines. Measures like thermal scanning, limited customer entry, hand sanitisers at all touch points, compulsory masks, etc may inconvenience you a bit but I am sure you would find these reassuring. I have received some great feedback from customers who have shopped with us over the last week and it gives me the confidence to invite you to the store with an assurance of safety. 

 

As you are aware, our unique “Connect to Store” button on our webstore, www.croma.com, allowed our customers to request for a voice call with our store associate from the comfort of home. Over 50,000 consumers actually asked for this assistance every month. After the lockdown, we are finding that many of our customers who wish to visit the store are having to wait in a queue outside the store due to restrictions in number of entries at any point of time. We have, therefore, added a new feature in the Connect to Store button that allows you to book an appointment at the store of your choice before visiting. This will enable you to skip the queue.  I strongly recommend you check out before you visit any store. It will save you an unnecessary wait at the entry and perhaps even a trip to the store itself.

 

During this lockdown, all of us have learnt new skills such as work from home, learn from home, even discovered new hobbies at home and this has led to us viewing our home in a different perspective. We’re all rearranging furniture, repurposing rooms and yes, identifying electronic gadgets we need for making our homes more suitable for these new activities that have become integral to our life.
