A floating focus mechanism ensures that consistently superior optical performance is achieved at all focusing distances. Great for movies as well as stills.

Perfect Clarity

The Sony SEL90M28G FE 90 mm F2.8 Macro G OSS Lens is individually tested and calibrated to minimise spherical aberration so that the smoothest, most visually pleasing bokeh is achieved. It offers with Optical Steady Shot Image stabilization. It is equipped with circular aperture. The Maximum Magnification Ratio (X) is of 1.0x. It is often used over a wide range of focusing distances, so a floating focus mechanism has been implemented for optimum suppression of close-focus aberration. The floating system reduces the size of the lens while maintaining outstanding clarity throughout the image area, from infinity to the closest focusing distance. Has Focus Range Limiter selector.
