Terms and Conditions


How to redeem the offer:

•Offer Period: 20th July to 31st August 2017.

•To redeem the offer, customer has to visit and register by choosing all the relevant options and filling the ‘Purchase details’ and ‘Personal details’ with all mandatory fields within 7 days from the date of purchase. Purchases made on 31st August 2017 are required to register on or before 10th September 2017.

•Customer will need to upload the scan copy of Purchase Invoice and serial number copy available on the outer box.

•After successful registration customer will receive a Thank You e-mail & SMS with a unique tracking number – eg. “CC-XXX” on their registered email ID & contact number.

•ASUS with the help of their authorised agency will validate the data provided by the customer and will send the approval confirmation on customers registered email and phone number within 7 working days along with a payment link as per the eligible offer and respected expediency charges.

•Customer will have to pay expediency charges through the payment gateway within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the registration approval email. The payment gateway link will be provided in the registration approval mail. Customer can also make the payment by visiting offer website by entering Tracking ID & Contact number under “Pay now” tab.

•Customer may also pay through Demand Draft, which should be in the favour of ASUS authorized agency “Kestone Integrated Marketing Services Pvt Ltd” and the DD should be couriered to the below address:

•It is important to note that the customer must mention the Tracking ID (CCXXX)/Ticket Number, Serial Number of ASUS PC, and Mobile Number behind the DD



Upon successful realization of payment as per the offer selected (towards expediency charges, depending on the category) customer will receive an email and SMS regarding the payment acknowledgement.

•Warranty Certificate and Gift vouchers if any will be sent to the registered email id.

ASUS Extended Warranty: Customer will get the Warranty Extension Certificate directly on the registered email ID within 21 working days from the date of payment received.

Gift Voucher: Customer will get these e-vouchers directly on the registered email ID within 15 working days from the date of payment received.

Deadlines for the offer executions related terms:

•Offer Period: 20th July to 31st August 2017.

•Any issue regarding claim offer registration has to be raised within 7 working days of date of purchase, post which it will be considered as closed. No query will be entertained for the said tracking number later


General Terms & Conditions:

•For offer eligibility, customer has to successfully register on, Registrations attempted post the deadlines will lead to auto rejection.

•Providing incorrect or insufficient details at a time of registration, will lead to auto rejection.

•Invoice should be clearly visible and must have Customer’s Name, Date of purchase, Complete Model Number, Complete serial no and authorised dealers stamp or signature.

•Rejected claims will get the intimation on their email ID’s directly. For any queries customer must contact us by sending an email on or by calling @ 080-69410126 within 7 working days post which the query will be considered null and void.

•Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer.

•In case of non-availability of the Movie or Café Coffee Day voucher or any other gifts, the eligible customer will be provided with an alternative goodie/voucher of the same value at sole discretion of ASUS.

•No request of sending a duplicate gift voucher would be entertained.

•Out of warranty, imported products or Refurbished products are not part of this offer and ASUS has no liability for the same. No refunds will be provided for the payment made for the offer on such units.

•Maximum warranty on any ASUS PC Product will remain 3 Years (36 Months), in this offer the product with 1 Year base warranty can be upgraded with additional 2 Years extended warranty and 2 Years base warranty products can be upgraded with additional 1 Year extended warranty to make it Maximum of 3 Years warranty.

•Additional Warranty doesn’t cover Accidental Damage Protection Services.

•If unit is already upgraded with the warranty, the same cannot be extended again and No Refunds shall be given against such cases.

•In case of any rejection by ASUS or ASUS authorised Agency post payment acknowledgement, refund shall take around 30 days from the intimation of the rejection.

•ASUS or ASUS authorised Agency shall not be liable to provide any refund or relief in the event of the voucher is not redeemed during the offer eligible period.

•The personal information provided by the customer is kept under privacy policy of ASUS and the data will be shared with our partner for your offer fulfilment purpose and for informing new offers related to ASUS products.

•ASUS reserves all the right to add/modify/delete these terms & conditions without any prior notice and the same shall come into force with immediate effect.

•All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts only.


Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Myntra Voucher:

•Myntra E- Gift Card is issued by QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ('RBI') to issue such Gift Cards.

•This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.

•This E-Gift Card shall have a maximum validity period of 3 months.

•This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

•Multiple E- Gift Cards cannot be clubbed in a single order. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.

•This E-Gift Card can be redeemed Staged against sellers listed on or Myntra Mobile App only.

•In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card.

•The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.

•Extra Taxes may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive price will not exceed the 'M.R.P.'

•All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer.

•If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.


Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Myntra Voucher:

•Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.

•You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the E -Gift Cards. / QwikCilver Solutions are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.

•Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.

• / QwikCilver Solutions assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.

•Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused E - Gift Cards.

•Qwikcilver / Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and / or the beneficiary / Know Your Customer ('KYC') details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.

•You agree and understand that E - Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Myntra / QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser / redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and / or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Myntra / QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd may contact the purchaser / redeemer of the GC for any such information.

•Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending.


Voucher Terms and Conditions:


•The holder of the e Gift Voucher number/coupon codes deemed to be the beneficiary.

•The Gift Voucher/coupon code can be redeemed at only.

• The Gift Voucher/coupon code is applicable only on YepMe products.

•If you're having problems redeeming Gift Voucher/coupon code, it's possible that the gift card code has already been applied to your account.

•The Gift voucher/coupon code can be redeemed for partial amount also but balance amount remaining on the voucher will not be carried forward.

•If the Gift Voucher/coupon code amount is sufficient to buy a product, you can complete the purchase with your Gift Card alone. If the amount is not sufficient to buy the product, you can use a combination of your Gift Voucher/coupon code and other payment options - Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or COD to purchase your product.

•The Shipping Charges are also included in the sale value of the Product and same shall be realized from the Customer and shall be adjusted against the value of the Gift Voucher/coupon code.

•Validity of Gift voucher/coupon code shall be mentioned on it and it cannot be extended.

•You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift voucher/coupon code. The Company or its affiliates are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if voucher is lost, stolen or used.

•Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Instant Gift Voucher has been received, decision of the company shall be final.
