Terms & Conditions of warranty:
- Warranty extension offer is applicable for selected RAC category Inverter Split Models, as mentioned above subject to invoicing done to the end Customer during the specified time period.
- The Customer needs to provide the original Purchase Invoice for claiming the additional warranty at each time.
- Warranty extension offer is void if the product is opened /repaired by unauthorized service person/ center and the unit shall be declared as tampered and no further warranty shall be applicable to such unit.
- Transportation of Units, if required, shall be charged extra during extended warranty period.
- The warranty extension is non-transferable & is applicable only for the first purchaser.
- The company reserves the right to withdraw or change the warranty extension offer at its sole discretion at any point of time.
- Warranty extension offer shall be from the date of purchase and irrespective of the usage of AC and shall automatically expire once the stipulated period is over.
- Warranty extension circular communication supersedes all the previous communications on the said subject.
- Warranty extension scheme is not Applicable to any Logicool Series/ DGS&D Series Institutional buying / bulk buying/developer’s buying and quantity exceeding more than 5 Nos. at one time.
- Warranty extension scheme is applicable for Residential use only & is not applicable for any commercial use such as Restaurants, offices, hotels, hospitals or corporate buying
- Warranty extension scheme is applicable for the buying of Hitachi Split Air conditioners from Authorized Showrooms / Sales & service dealers only..
- Inclusion / Exclusion of any models under warranty extension scheme is the sole discretion of the company.
- All other terms & conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the operation manual of the product except for those covered above.
- The installation schemes will be applicable on the SECONDARY SALES of Split Air conditioners.
- Installation scheme will not be applicable on Logicool Series / DGS&D /Institutional Sales / Bulk Billings (when qty. exceeds 5 Nos.). It’s purely for retail sales only.
- FREE Installation: Rs.0/ will be charge from customer against Standard installation(per installation) & Rs.950/- per installation (to HCS / ASP’s Partners) shall be reimbursed against the standard installation.
- SUBSIDIZED Installation: The standard installation charges of Rs.499/- will be charge from customer against standard installation(per installation) & Rs.501/- per installation (to HCS / ASP’s Partners) shall be reimbursed against the standard installation.
- The installation should be completed within 15 days of the secondary sale. On CRM portal. (Hard and/or Soft Closure would suffice)
- Additional Warranty offered shall be as per the Company’s Policy & shall be subject to change without prior notice.
- This scheme communication supersedes all the previous communications on the said subject.
