 On Demand: Breakdown Support



This document outlines the features and terms of Zopper powered Breakdown Support for Air Conditioner, Washing machine, refrigerator, Television, Mobile phones, microwaves and Laptops a service that is brought to you by Solvy tech solutions private limited (Zopper).

WHAT IS breakdown SUPPORT?

We understand that your gadgets require repairs, greater the age of the product greater the chances that you may require to service your product.


The plan includes one visit by the service engineer to your premise to perform below mentioned activities:

  1. Breakdown Service: Any breakdown for the product plan selected will be addressed. However, cost of spare parts is not covered. Moreover, Solvy tech solutions private limited (Zopper) will not be responsible for non-availability of spare parts.
  2. Genuine Spares : 5% discount on Authorized genuine spares, and only authorized genuine spares will be used.

No Paperwork Required: The plan has a hassle - free process to file a service request. You don’t have to submit any documents or fill up any forms.


Post purchase, you will receive a confirmation through email and SMS. You will also receive a personalized web link that you can use to see your plan details online.

Solvy tech solutions private limited (Zopper) will contact you for scheduling the service. Please grant a suitable time slot for these services and make the gadget available during the agreed time slot to our service engineer.

In case you need to schedule a service, do not worry; we are here to help you.

  • Please call us on 72-72-858-858 and request for a service.
  • We will send an expert technician to your home for the maintenance or repair service within 48 hours.




  • We will gladly service your appliance as long as the plan is active and has not expired.
  • This is a one-time service plan and hence, it can be availed once any time after the purchase.
  • The plan covers just the service cost. You will have to pay for any spare part or consumables, if needed.



  • What is the term of the service?

           This is a one-time service plan


  • Can I buy the plan for my old gadget?

           Yes, the plan can be bought for any residential gadget irrespective of age, brand or model.


  • Can I buy this plan if the gadget isn’t purchased from Croma?

           Yes, you can avail this irrespective where you purchased your gadget from.


  • Can I request more than one service?

          This plan can be used only once. However can be eligible for the 2nd service on purchase of the 2nd service.


  • What if my gadget has broken down and requires replacement of spare parts?

          While we are happy to provide breakdown support as part of the plan, you will have to pay for the spare parts that require replacement.


  • Are the spares genuine?

          Spares used are genuine comes with 90 days warranty. We also offer 5% discount on the spares. Where we will call you and inform the cost of the spares.


  • I changed my mind and I want to cancel the plan. Can I get a refund?

          We can certainly refund the plan within 15 days of purchase of plan, provided you have not already filed a service request, or availed any service.



  • Non-fulfilment of any conditions set out in this document may cause the rejection of your request; hence we solicit your co-operation to ensure we are able to provide you a perfect service experience.
  • This service agreement is complete and is an agreement between Solvy tech solutions private limited. and the Customer. The retailer is only an authorised dealer of our products and shall not be responsible for any of your grievance with regards to the services to be performed by Solvy tech solutions private limited under this Terms of Service. Any statements or representations made by resellers, ASPs or others that are inconsistent with this Agreement shall not be binding upon Solvy tech solutions private limited. Solvy tech solutions private limited will not be liable for delay or failure in furnishing services in the event of strike, government action, act of God, disruption in global supply chains or any other cause beyond our control.
  • Solvy tech solutions private limited will not be liable for indirect damage caused due to improper functioning of the product, including but not limited to lost profits or savings, business interruption, loss of data, lost revenue, loss of use, inconvenience, mental or physical stress or any other commercial or economic loss of any kind, or special, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Marketing brochures are meant purely for educating customers and do not have any commercial value.
  • Solvy tech solutions private limited reserves the right to withdraw / alter / modify / change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and without any liability.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.
