- Offer validity period: 29th – 30th June 2019
- The value back amount will be calculated at invoice level and will be applicable for invoices of Rs 15,000 and above.
- Min invoice value should be Rs 15,000 to be eligible for value back
- Max value back per customer will be capped at Rs 1000 for the weekend
- Customers who will give a missed call on 1800226699 will be considered for value back offer.
- Mobile number for missed call and the one captured at the time of transaction should be same
- After giving missed call, customers can opt for Privileges offer, POS offer or can buy products without any offer.
- Only customers with valid email Id and mobile number will receive the GV.
- Value back will be processed within 30 days from the date of transaction for the customer.
- Customer will receive e-gv towards the value back amount. E-gv can be redeemed on croma.com and at stores
- E-gv will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance
- Amount will be unconditional and can be redeemed on any purchase at store or on croma.com
- Offer will be applicable over and above privileges offers, brand offers, bank cashback offers or POS offers.
- Offer will be applicable on endless aisle transactions and croma.com transactions as well.
- The offer will not be applicable on advance invoices, return and refund cases, bulk discounts
- Customer purchasing above Rs 15,000 and not giving a missed call will not be eligible for valueback
- Customers giving only missed call and not buying worth Rs 15,000 and above will not be eligible for offer.
