A/C Demo & Installation – Effective from 26th March 2022 Purchase

Process of Installation:

Step 1: Customer Relationship Officer will call for the appointment and explaining the basic installation

charges within 24 hours of the Product being delivered.

Step 2: A technician will visit for the installation basis the appointment confirmed with the Customer

Relationship Officer.

Step 3: The technician will inspect the site and suggest the best possible installation location and also

provide estimate for the additional (if any) material or services required to carry out the installation

Step 4: Once the estimate is approved for the basic installation and additional charges, the technician will perform the installation of the product and provide the demo.

Step 5: Customer has to pay directly to the technician post the completion of work using the method agreed during the estimation stage. Technician or the Customer Relationship Officer will provide invoice for the charges collected. Store team will not collect any installation/demo charges from customer at the time of Invoicing

DEFINITION OF STANDARD INSTALLATION:

 

• Window AC:
•      a) Includes - Installing the AC on the wall or window and connecting it with power socket
•      b) Excludes –
  1.               1. Wall/wood/grill cutting
  2.               2. Any carpentry works

 

• Split AC:
•      a) Includes - Drilling hole in the wall for tubing and installing both indoor and outdoor unit with the copper tube, electrical and drain pipe provided within the box.
•      b) Excludes –
  1.               1. Extra copper tube
  2.               2. Fixing of outdoor bracket
  3.               3. Fixing of copper tube if provided by customer or additionally purchased from the    Croma store.
  4.               4. Core cutting.
  5.               5. Providing electrical point.

 

• Additional Charges (Subject to Site Requirements – Will be charged directly by Brand)
•      a) Pre-Installation Site Inspection charges ₹. 220
•      b) AC Wall Mount, Floor Mount Stand ₹. 640
•      c) AC Stand Fitting Labor Charges (Stand provided by customer or provided by IRL) ₹. 220 per stand
•      d) Fixing of copper tube (if provided by customer or additionally purchased from Croma store) ₹. 120 per meter
•      e) Additional Copper pipe ₹. 800 per meter
  1.               1. Inclusive of Copper Pipe (1/2 and 1/4), 3 Core wire
  2.               2. Inclusive of Cable tie, Sponge Sleeves, Vinyl Tapping, Clamps
•      f) Drain Pipe
  1.               1. Flexible Drain pipe ₹. 80 per meter
  2.               2. Hard Drain pipe ₹. 100 per meter
•      g) Additional Electric Core Wire Charges
  1.               1. Electric Wire 3 Core ₹. 80 per meter
  2.               2. Electric Wire 4 Core ₹. 110 per meter
•      h) Installation of Stabilizer
  1.               1. Croma Brand Stabilizer given with Croma AC - FOC
  2.               2. Others Brand Stabilizer purchased by Customer with Croma AC ₹. 175 per unit
•       i) Old AC Uninstallation
  1.               1. Old Window AC Uninstallation ₹. 250 per unit
  2.               2. Old Split AC Uninstallation ₹. 600 per unit
