Defective/Wrong Product:-

The item is eligible only for replacement, within 7 days of delivery. In case you have received a defective or different item the replacement request needs to be raised in the designated replacement window as mentioned to be eligible.
Replacement is eligible only in hardware related issues as certified by the brand (In certain cases, we may request you to visit the nearest Croma store, service centre or align a technician visit to facilitate the technical report from an authorized brand service centre).
No replacement will be offered in case of software related issues after activation. Customers will be requested to visit the nearest Croma store or the brand service centre for resolution as per brand warranty terms.

Damaged Product:-

In the rarest event where you have received a damaged device, please generate a replacement request within 2 days of delivery. We may contact you to ascertain the damage before issuing a replacement. Please note that we will provide a replacement for only those devices where damage is not caused by the customer in any manner whatsoever.

Returns:-

Please keep the products to be in the original condition with the brand’s/ manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.

Request to get the product installed within 7 days of delivery, by the authorised brand technician.
If a product is found to be not working at the time of installation, please get the job sheet from the technician and we will replace it basis the brand technical report.
For any device related issue after installation within return window, please log the call with our team on a helpline or write an email to us. Croma will align the technician visit within 2-3 working days and issue the replacement/refund for products found to be having hardware related issue.
Replacement will be offered for only hardware related issues as certified by the brand and not for the software related issues.
Refund would be made only for the cases where the same product is not available.

Once the 7 days replacement window has been exhausted, Croma will align the technician visit within 2-3 working days and provide the resolution as per brand warranty terms.
