There’s no appliance better than a food processor to meet all your ever-growing and time-consuming needs. Usually, a 500W or 750W appliance should do the trick for most Indian kitchens, but you can go for 1000W or 1200W models if required. Food processors come with a large jar for quickly making delectable shakes, and purees, a wet grinder for idli or dosa batter, a dry grinder for blending spices and other ingredients, a chopper for dicing vegetables, and an atta kneader. You can also use some processors as juicer-mixer-grinders, and extract coconut milk, tamarind essence, or fresh fruit juice. And, if you invest in a powerful appliance with a higher speed, such as 18000 RPM or 23000 RPM, you can save precious time in the kitchen and carve out some me-time for yourself.
