      This cooktop is equipped with four brass burners of varying sizes which is typically 70 mm, 70 mm, 80 mm and 92 mm and is thoughtfully arranged to suit different cooking needs. Larger burners handle rapid boiling and deep-frying well, while the smaller ones are ideal for simmering, sauteing and delicate sauce work. Brass construction ensures good heat distribution and longer service life, a key advantage in daily kitchen use.
