How to Avail the Offer:

 

1. Customers are required to email the following documents and details to customersupport@croma.com :

 

• Valid College/Student ID or School ID for educators
• Government-issued ID (name must match the Student/School ID)
• Please note, the customer will have to share both a College/Student ID (or School ID for educators) and government-issued ID proof.
• Full Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Date of Birth
• College/School Name (only for educators)
• City
• The College/ Student ID should have these details – Complete address, Phone Number, City, Pin-code . In case any detail missing, student/ teacher to share documents that have these details.

 

2. Customers must have a registered account on Croma.com using the same name and mobile number as mentioned in the submitted documents.

 

• Our team will verify the submitted details. In case of discrepancies, customers will be notified within 1–2 working days.

 

3. Upon successful verification, customers will receive a confirmation email within 3–5 working days. The eligible offer will then be automatically applied to their cart at checkout.

 

4. The offer is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation email.

 

5. Customers are advised to check their registered email regularly for updates and communication related to the offer.

 

 

 

Terms & Conditions Students & Educators Offer On Select MacBooks

 

• Offer is applicable for Students & Teachers above 18 years of age. The student/teacher should be associated with an Indian Institute/University/School located in India only. All IDs should in English language only. 
• Offer is not applicable for students/teachers associated with Foreign institutes /Universities / Coaching centers etc. 
• Phone number shared will be used for sending Offer and should be registered with a Croma account. 
• Customer’s Croma account name should be the same as their government id proof. 
• The customer needs to provide both primary and secondary documents as per below:

 

Primary Document:

 

• For Students: Valid Institution Student ID card (Validity till clearly mentioned on ID).
• For Teachers: Employee ID Card.
• The College/ Student ID should have these details – Complete address, Phone Number, City, Pin-code . In case any detail missing, student/ teacher to share documents that have these details.

 

Secondary Document:

 

• Aadhar Card/ Driving License / Passport / Voter id/ any other photo ID issued by GOI.
• No other offer can be clubbed with this Offer. No Further discount / Employee discount / SLM Discount / NDQ Discount is applicable over and above this offer. However, customer would be eligible for brand cashback (if applicable).
• Product will be available without this offer for Non-Student Customers, wherein POS offer (if any) defined in the system will be applicable.
• Uploading of both Primary and Secondary documents in the form is mandatory. Clear scan of both IDs is mandatory while submission on portal as mentioned. Any unclear image will not be accepted and will be treated as violation. The photograph of customer should be clearly visible in both the IDs and names (including spelling should match). Invoice name (& spelling) should be as per institute id. 
• All IDs should be in English language only (Regional Language not allowed). 
• Documents uploaded should be in JPG/ PDF format only.
• Croma deserves the right to cancel the offer if any discrepancy is discovered.
