When can the Extended Warranty plan be purchased?
The Extended Warrantplany can be purchased at the time of buying the device or within 6 months from the date of device purchase.
Does the Extended Warranty plan have to be activated for the new device?
If the plan was purchased along with the new device, you need not activate it, as the plan is auto-activated. However, if the plan and device purchase dates do not match, the plan will be activated with the device purchase date.
When does the Extended Warranty plan begin?
The Extended Warranty plan starts as soon as the manufacturer’s warranty ends.
My device was purchased abroad. Can I buy the Extended Warranty plan?
Unfortunately, the Extended Warranty plan can only be purchased for devices purchased in India, with a minimum brand/manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months.
Does the customer have to pay anything at the time of raising a service request?
No, the customer does not have to pay anything at the time of raising a service request. If in case, the issue is out of the scope of the program, details and additional charges for repair will be shared with you before proceeding with the repair of the device.
How many times can I raise a service request for my appliance?
There is no limit to the number of times you can get your appliance repaired. It will be repaired till the total cost of all repairs does not exceed the total value of the appliance.
