- Zopper Screen Secure covers your devices for a duration of one year from the purchase date of the device or till the expiry of the manufacturer's warranty
- The plan offers protection against liquid damage to entire device for the first 90 days / 3 months and screen protection against any physical and liquid damage for the remaining 9 months
- Categories covered for Monsoon Cover are: Smartphones, Laptops, Desktops and Tablets
- The offer is valid till 31st July, 2022
- Device damaged due to liquid seepage will be covered under monsoon cover
- Only 1 claim is allowed during the plan validity of 1 year. Once claimed, the plan will be expired.
- The cover will not protect any physical damage of the device
Terms & Conditions for Monsoon Cover
- Zopper Screen Secure covers your devices for a duration of one year from the purchase date of the device or till the expiry of the manufacturer's warranty
- If the screen is damaged, shattered, broken, cracked or suffers liquid damage, Zopper shall arrange for repair or replacement of the front screen via brand authorized service centers
- Customers can claim once throughout the coverage period
- Screen Protect can be brought only on the same day as the purchase of a covered device
- Any covered device shall be serviced as long as the Screen Secure covering it is active and has not expired
- The screen damage should have occurred during the term screen secure and not prior to it.
- Any accessories or consumable items will not be covered under Screen Secure
- Any mobile phone or tablet or other device covered under Screen Secure needs to have a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty that is valid in India
- Devices bought outside India will not be covered
- Screen Secure shall not cover any normal wear or tear occurring due to regular usage
- Screen Secure shall cover only physical or liquid damage to the screen of the covered device, which shall be repaired or replaced, any other parts of the device shall not be covered and Zopper shall not be liable
- Any device malfunctions or mechanical issues shall not be covered, they are already covered by Manufacturer’s warranty and the customer can avail the same
- Screen Secure shall not cover any scratches or dents to the screen
- Any kind of theft or loss of the device is not covered
- Only 1 claim is allowed during the coverage tenure, viz, a damaged screen for covered device can be repaired or replaced only once
- In case any spare parts and consumable is needed during the service, it will be charged separately. These charges will be communicated by Zopper authorized engineer at the time of the visit
- Availability of spare parts and consumables may be affected at times, resulting in failure to complete the service. Zopper is not responsible for the unavailability of spare parts and in such cases, the engineer will attempt to repair the device once the spare parts are available.
- If Zopper replaces any spare part during the service, the spare part will carry 90 days warranty
- Zopper reserves the right to withdraw/alter/modify/ change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and without any liability
- Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder
- Zopper will not be liable for delay or failure in furnishing services in the event of strike, government action, act of god, disruption in global supply chains or any other cause beyond our control
