- Exchange Offer is appliable In stores only
- Get your old /broken device or share details with Croma Store staff to calculate accurate exchange value
- 3X is applicable for Universal exchange within appliances ONLY (digital devices and accessories are excluded)
- Up to Rs.21000 exchange bonus is applicable on Laptop & Smartphone exchange only
- Total 3X exchange benefit is capped at Rs 5,000; min. cart value of Rs 25,000
a. In case customer’s cart value is less than 25,000 – base exchange benefit will still apply - For 3X exchange benefit: Only one item exchange is allowed per invoice
- For e-waste benefit (on broken & non-working devices) Rs.500 benefit for a purchase of cart value above Rs 25,000
- Offers and cashbacks are still applicable over and above the exchange benefit
- Exchange rate card is published in-store
- Offer is applicable for a limited period
- Offer is applicable on select sku
