Before sharing any information with Infiniti Retail Limited (“IRL” / “Croma”), please read the below-mentioned privacy policy carefully.

By providing your information, you agree to the privacy practices described below.

IRL will use, store, and process your personal information solely for the purpose of registering you for the Galaxy Masterclass conducted by Croma in association with Samsung Electronics.

IRL may share your personal information with Samsung for the purposes mentioned above. IRL and/or Samsung may communicate with you regarding the Galaxy Masterclass and may also share information about related products, services, or promotional offers from time to time.

A voluntary consent checkbox will be provided for recording testimonials and/or feedback.

By participating in the Galaxy Masterclass, you may choose to share feedback, testimonial videos, or detailed reviews with Croma after completion of the event. Croma shall have the right to use such feedback, testimonial videos, or reviews in promotional materials, advertisements, websites, social media platforms, and other related media channels.

Participants shall not be entitled to any compensation in cash or kind for such testimonials. Croma reserves the right to edit or alter such content for technical or promotional purposes.

Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Galaxy Masterclass

• To participate in the Galaxy Masterclass, participants may use the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra devices provided at the experience zone, or their own compatible smartphones where applicable.
• To be eligible to participate in the Galaxy Masterclass, participants must be 18 years of age or above.
• Registration for the Galaxy Masterclass is completely free of charge. Registration may be completed through the designated registration platform or through Croma channels where applicable.
• There are no additional charges, platform fees, or participation fees for attending the Galaxy Masterclass. Participants may confirm details directly with the Croma store where the event is being conducted.
• Seats for the Galaxy Masterclass are limited, and prior registration may be required.
• The Galaxy Masterclass will be conducted on the date, time, and at the Croma store location mentioned in the event communication. In case of any change in venue or schedule, participants will be notified in advance wherever possible. Neither Croma nor Samsung shall be held liable for any inconvenience caused due to such changes.
• Any materials, demonstrations, or digital content shared during the Galaxy Masterclass are intended only for learning and experience purposes. Participants shall not reproduce, publish, distribute, or share such materials in any manner without prior permission from Croma or Samsung.
• Basic refreshments or beverages may be provided to participants during the Galaxy Masterclass. Special dietary or personal requests may not be accommodated.
• Croma shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Galaxy Masterclass. Participants attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Participants are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and cooperative demeanour throughout the Galaxy Masterclass. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive may result in removal from the event without prior notice.
• Employees of Infiniti Retail Limited and Samsung Electronics, as well as their immediate family members, may not be eligible to participate unless specifically invited by the organizers.
• All disputes arising in relation to the Galaxy Masterclass shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
