Terms & Conditions for Samsung Galaxy S26 Lucky Winners

Activity Period: 12 March 2026 (11:00 AM IST) to 10^th April 2026 (9:00 PM IST).

Territory & Age: Open to India residents aged 18+; Tamil Nadu excluded. Employees of Croma/Samsung and their relatives are not eligible.

How to Participate: Take a demo of Samsung S26 series at a Croma store and submit the QR‑code interest form (Name, Phone, Email, Address, PIN).

Croma and Samsung employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

Winner Selection & Announcement: Five winners will be shortlisted internally and announced ; handover between subject to winner availability.

 

Eligibility Criteria: Customer has to take a demo in Croma store and fill a form of interest via QR code

 

• All customer who has taken a demo of Samsung S26 series products and just filled the QR code form are eligible for this activity.
• All customer who would purchase Samsung S26 series products in the period from 12^th March (11.00am IST) to 10^th April 2026 (21.00pm IST) and have filled the QR based form will be eligible to get worth gift voucher of the amount of S26 (base model) product value determined by Croma.

 

Mandatory requirements from Customer:

 

• Customer should be aged 18+ and should be the resident of India.
• The QR code details such as name and address should be backed by Government valid ID proof (Aadhar/Driving license/ Pan Card/ Passport). Croma has the right to collect the info before handing the product to customer.
• Customer has to confirm within 24 hrs of announcement for accepting the offer. 
• Customer will be given product who cannot be re-sell further as a packed piece and will be activated at handover.
• The customer who has already purchase and have received Gift voucher cannot refund or return the product at any point of time. All product warranty related queries will be handled directly by Samsung Service team.
• Customer will have to pay the Gift Tax/TDS for the product which roughly comes to 30% of the product Samsung S26 (base model) value. In the event of customer denying to pay this product, Croma has the right to disqualify the winner and allocate further to new customer.

 

Mandatory points from the brand:

 

• All product warranty related queries will be handled directly by Samsung Service team.
• Since for this product will have 0.01rs invoice issued, the product warranties and other service to be borne by the Samsung Service team
• Croma won’t be liable for the product malfunction/damaged good issued and to be replaced by Samsung team.
• In case, the customer wants to replace/return the process will be directly to Samsung Service center only.

 

Gift voucher guidelines:

 

• In the event of a customer who has scanned the QR code for Demo and has purchased the product, the customer will be gratified with an unconditional Croma gift voucher of the amount of Samsung S26 (base model) device determined by Croma.
• The refund amount will be given back to customers in the form of a Croma Gift voucher.
• Croma Gift voucher will be an unconditional voucher (No minimum transaction required) to be redeemed by May 2027.
• The voucher can be redeemed on all ranged products at store and Croma.com.
• Customer will have to pay the Gift Tax/TDS for the product which roughly comes to 30% of the product Samsung S26 (base model) value. In the event of customer denying to pay this product, Croma has the right to disqualify the winner and allocate further to new customer.

 

Samsung S26 series:

 

• Samsung S26 (base model)
• Samsung S26 +
• Samsung S26 Ultra

 

Prize / Gratification:

• If winner has not purchased: winner receives one Samsung S26 device.
• If winner has purchased any S26 series model (incl. S26+, S26 Ultra): winner receives an unconditional Croma Gift Voucher equal to the Samsung S26 (base model) value, as determined by Croma (not the value of S26+ or S26 Ultra).

 

Verification: Winner must present valid Government ID (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Driving Licence) matching QR form details.

Winner Confirmation: Winners must confirm acceptance within 24 hours of first contact; non‑response may lead to disqualification and selection of a replacement winner.

TDS/Gift Tax: Applicable gift tax/TDS (approx. 30% of S26 base model value) is payable by the winner. Refusal will result in disqualification and reassignment.

Product & Warranty: Prize devices are handed over activated and are non‑resalable; warranty/service/returns are handled directly by Samsung Service Centers. No invoice is issued for prize devices.

Voucher Terms: Voucher is unconditional, redeemable at Croma stores and Croma.com, valid until May 2027. No returns/refunds will be accepted on previously purchased S26 series products that received vouchers.

Rights & Decisions: Croma may verify/reject entries for incorrect details, rule violations, or TDS non‑payment. Croma’s decisions are final and binding
