Frequently Asked Questions

Screen Secure is applicable only for a tenure of 1 year from the purchase date of the covered device.

A customer can raise only 1 successful claim within the Screen Secure plan. Post which the plan lapses immediately.

Yes, Screen Secure can be cancelled with a full refund within 30 days of purchase of the plan.

No, Screen Secure covers only physical and or liquid damages to the screen of the covered device.

In case, a device covered under Screen Secure is beyond repair, or the repair is no longer feasible due to unavailability of spares or any other reasons, the estimated cost of the screen for the covered device shall be reimbursed to the customer.
