• For transactions done through the No Cost EMI/Low- Cost EMI mode, customer has to select their respective bank under No Cost EMI/Low- Cost EMI payment mode and the respective No Cost EMI which will be displayed to complete the payment.
• Only 2 transaction per card is allowed during offer period from 1^st Jan 26 till 31^st March 26 basis for the Cashback offer benefit.
• Offer is not applicable on Amazon pay credit card, business, commercial or corporate cards.
• Interest benefit of No Cost EMI/Low- Cost EMI will be credited to customer post 90 days from offer end date.
• EMI conversion is processed by bank, Customer has to approach their respective bank for any concern related to conversion of EMI.
• Any cancelled order(s) will not be eligible for the offer and the refund amount of such order will be adjusted against the instant discount amount.
• Offer is valid on selected products only. Offer may differ from one product to another.
• No two offers can be clubbed together
• Customer should select the offer on the payment page under “view all offers” and complete his purchase through the relevant card to avail the benefit.
• Instant Discount will not be extended for the customer if he/she fails to select the bank offer.
• There is a minimum threshold amount to avail the offer benefit. In case of any gap in minimum threshold amount, cashback will not be extended to the customer.
• If customer is applying for GST, cashback will not be extended to the customer even in case if offer is applied.
• If Gift card/voucher is used as a pre-paid mode of payment clubbed with other payment option then; benefit of offer will not be extended to customer.
• Bank Card Account is required to be active and non-delinquent. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this offer.
• Cashback amount with final Discounted price inclusive of any Subvention No cost emi waiver & Cashback for Full swipe credit card transactions; will be applicable on final payment page i.e., where OTP is entered by customer.

 Termination Clause: Offer can be discontinued, basis Apple and Bank’s discretion.
