• EMI conversion is processed by bank, Customer has to approach their respective bank for any concern related to conversion of EMI.
• Customer should select the offer on the payment page under “view all offers” and complete his purchase through No Cost EMI mode of payment to avail the benefit.
• Cashback amount with final Discounted price inclusive of any Subvention No cost Emi waiver & Cashback for Full swipe credit card transactions; will be applicable on final payment page i.e., where OTP is entered by customer.
• Bank Card Account is required to be active and non-delinquent. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this offer
• Amount billed on the payment method on payment page; must meet the minimum amount criteria for the product otherwise benefit of offer will not be passed to customer.
• If Gift card/voucher is used as a pre-paid mode of payment clubbed with other payment option then; benefit of offer will not be extended to customer.

Offer of up to 10% savings as NeuCoins for Tata Neu SBI Bank Credit Card holders on select Apple products

• Offer Period: 10:30 PM on 19^th September 2025 to 11:59 PM on 27^th Sep 2025, as applicable.
• Offer Details:
• Users who purchase Apple products listed in 2)(b) below during the Offer Period using the Tata Neu SBI Bank Credit Card (“NeuCard”) shall receive benefits mentioned below in the form of savings as NeuCoins:

• The Offer listed in 2)(a) above is only valid on the selected Apple products listed below. The Offer may differ from one product to another.

• Offer Eligibility:
• The Offer is available once per customer per card per eligible product category listed in Para 2)(b) above, as applicable, during the Offer Period across all sales channels listed in Para 3)(d) below.
• If a customer uses multiple payment methods for the transaction, then for this Offer to be applicable to such transaction the amount swiped on the NeuCard shall be minimum 60% (sixty per cent) of the MRP of the relevant Apple product being purchased.
• The Offer is available from 16^th September 2025 on online sales channels listed in Para 3)(c) below (i) for pre-bookings of iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone Air and iPhone 17 subject to availability of stock; and (ii) for other Apple products listed in Para 2)(b) and 2)(c) above. The Offer shall be available on offline sales channels listed in Para 3)(c) below from 19^th September 2025.
• The Offer is valid on purchases made on online sales channels i.e. (i) croma.com, (ii) Tata Neu app, (iii) www.tataneu.com; and offline sales channels i.e. (i) Croma stores (pan India); (ii) TRiBE, by Croma stores (pan India).
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer.
• This Offer shall only apply to full-swipe transactions made by customers using the NeuCard and shall not apply to EMI transactions. A customer shall be required to apply the Offer at the time of check-out, when using their NeuCard as the payment instrument for purchases made on the online sales channels.
• To qualify for the Offer, a customer must transact on the NeuCard using their own Tata Neu registered mobile number online (logged in) or offline (in-store). Transactions made using another person’s account or mobile number will be ineligible under this Offer.
• If the purchased product has been returned, or the transaction has been disputed or may be unauthorized/fraudulent, such transaction will not be considered for this Offer.
• Offer benefits:
• The Additional NeuCoin savings available to a customer under this Offer shall be credited to the Customer’s NeuPass (Tata Neu) account within 60 (sixty) days from the date of the eligible purchase. These NeuCoins can be redeemed across Tata Neu partner brands (both online and in store).
• The number of NeuCoins which will be available to the customer under this Offer shall be calculated on the basis of the amount swiped on the NeuCard. If a customer uses multiple payment methods for the transaction, only the amount paid using the NeuCard will be considered for calculating the NeuCoin earnings under this Offer.
• NeuCoins which a customer will be entitled to receive under (i) the standard NeuCoin savings on the NeuCard, shall be credited in accordance with the cardholder agreement with SBI Bank; and (ii) NeuPass (if applicable) shall be over and above the Additional NeuCoin savings under this Offer and shall be credited in accordance with the NeuPass terms and conditions, available on Tata Neu.
• Other Terms and Conditions
• If a NeuCard is voluntarily closed, upgraded (to a card other than NeuCard), or otherwise becomes ineligible during the Offer Period, the customer will not qualify for receiving the Additional NeuCoin savings under the Offer.
• To avail the Offer, the customer’s card account with SBI Bank (issuing bank) shall be active and non-delinquent.
• The Offer is available only for full-swipe transactions on NeuCard, and transactions related to cash withdrawals, loans (Dial-An-EMI, Cash-on-Call, Balance Transfer, Personal Loan, etc.), EMI purchases, card fees, and disputed/fraudulent transactions are excluded from this Offer.
• Queries related to this Offer may be raised by a customer to Tata Digital (at customercare@tataneu.com) within 60 (sixty) days of the date on which the NeuCoins (available as additional benefits under this Offer) are credited to the customer’s account. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, any claims by a customer relating to defects in products, or if the product is not of the characteristics advertised or as agreed to, or are delivered late from the stated delivery schedule shall lie with Croma directly and Tata Digital shall have no liability in respect thereof.
• This Offer is available only for NeuCard holders (i.e. individuals), and transactions made by corporates, dealers, distributors, businesses or for commercial purposes, are disqualified.
• Transactions that are reversed due to cancellations or merchant errors will not be considered for benefits under the Offer.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-encashable.
• Only Indian residents and citizens are eligible for this Offer.
• Tata Digital Private Limited and Croma reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time.
• All disputes relating to the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai
