Process:

• Collection of both Primary and secondary documents is Clear scan of both IDs is mandatory while submission on portal as mentioned. Any unclear image will not be accepted and will be treated as violation. The photograph of customer should be clearly visible in both the IDs and names (including spelling should match). Invoice needs to be created with same Name (& spelling) as on IDs.
• Markdown needs to be strictly done in Markdown code – “Apple Student & Teacher Discount - DRCWWAST”only with “ Apple CRT Promo” as PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MARKDOWN CODE FOR ANY OTHER CATEGORY OR PRODUCT as it would be treated as unapproved. Markdown done in any other MD code will be considered as un-approved markdown only.
• Offer not applicable on bulk billings and only 1 unit can be billed on same ID under this
• No Exceptions can be
• Discount cannot be applied while making Advance
• Discount applicable on MRP of product

Customer Eligibility:

Offer is applicable for Students & Teachers above 18 years of age. The student/teacher should be associated with an Indian Institute/University/School located in India only. All IDs should in English language only.

(i.e. offer is not applicable for students/teachers associated with  Foreign institutes / Universities / Coaching centers etc.)

The customer needs to provide both primary and secondary document as per below:

Primary Document :

• For Students:
• Option 1: Valid Institution Student ID card (Validity till clearly mentioned on ID)
• Option 2 (Only for new admissions and not having a Student ID card): Admission confirmation letter from institution (Admission offer letter will not be accepted)
• Option 3: Bonafide Certificate from the institution

• For Teachers:
• Option 1: Employee ID card
• Option 2: an official letter from the institution showing affiliat ion of teacher.

Secondary Document :

• Aadhar Card/ Driving License / Passport / Voter id/ any other photo ID issued by
• No other offer can be clubbed with this No Further discount / Employee discount / SLM Discount / NDQ Discount is applicable over and above this offer. However, customer would be eligible for brand cashback (if applicable).

DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION:

The electronic copy of primary and secondary documents along with invoice copy needs to be uploaded by stores on below mention link.

• Store need to upload documents on same day or latest by next For eg. If store has made invoice under this offer on April 01, 2021, documents needs to upload latest by EOD of April 02, 2021. Any documents uploaded after the deadline will not be accepted and markdown will be treated as Un-approved. Please note there cannot be any extension/ exception as brand will not accept documents post deadline under any circumstances.
• Store team will have to click on new item and fill in all details, customer documents need to be uploaded on the same link by store This would also work as checklist for stores before they submit documents.
• Hard copy of the primary and secondary documents along with invoice copy (as mentioned in the process note) needs to be maintained by the store for a period of 12 months (365 days from the day of Invoice submission).
