• This marketing program (“Program”) is from HDFC Bank Ltd under an arrangement with Infiniti Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current HDFC Bank Credit & Debit Card (“Cardholder”)
• The offer is valid on 27th November 2020(offer period), unless extended by the Parties and Merchant.
• Under this program:

2. For purchase of Rs 10,000 & above with the HDFC  Credit & Debit card during the offer period, HDFC  Bank cardholder can avail 5% cashback upto Rs 2000 and additional topup  Black Friday benefit of  5% discount upto Rs 2000 as same day instant discount on qualifying transaction on Croma.com

4. For purchase of Rs 10,000 & above with the HDFC  Credit & Debit card during the offer period, HDFC  Bank cardholder can avail 7.5% cashback upto Rs 3000 and additional top up Black Friday  benefit of 5% cashback upto Rs 2000 on qualifying transaction on Croma.com

• Instant discount and cashback offer is applicable on HDFC Bank Credit and Debit card only
• Maximum benefit under the offer for normal transaction will be Rs 4000( Rs. 2000 as special Black Friday instant discount and Rs 2000 as cashback under HDFC Friday offer) at card level . Only 1 transaction per card is eligible for the offer during the offer period.
• Maximum benefit under the offer for EMI transaction will be Rs 5000( Rs. 2000 as special Black Friday cashback and Rs 3000 as cashback under HDFC Friday offer) at card level . Only 1 transaction per card is eligible for the offer during the offer period.
• Cashback amount will be credited to customer’s card account within 90 days from date of transaction.
• Cashback will be applicable on regular and EMI transactions done on croma.com
• Instant discount will be applicable on regular transactions done on croma.com
• The offer cannot be combined with any HDFC and brand specific offer
• Eligible bank customer has to select the bank offer on the payment page to avail the offer.
• Non –eligible bank customer will receive appropriate error messages and can proceed without the offer
• Offer will not be extended for the customer if he/she fails to select the bank offer
• The special Black Friday offer is not applicable for transactions at Croma stores
• This Program is not applicable on Corporate ,Business cards, Netsafe and Virtual Cards and Jet Privilege World Debit & credit cards
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 30th November 2020. Post such date; HDFC Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
• Bank Card Account is required to be active and non-delinquent. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this offer.
• All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by HDFC Bank or by Merchant
• Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by HDFC Bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HDFC Bank
• The Program is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only Infiniti Retail & HDFC Bank reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period
