• Enter your Croma coupon code received from Croma via Email or SMS, while signing up in the “Have a coupon or referral code” section on the Name and Email screen on INDmoney mobile app.
• On successful onboarding, you will earn a free virtual Google stock reward card. You can view your stock reward in the “Rewards” section.
• Upon entering into the rewards section, the user needs to click on the earned reward card, and swipe up to start KYC, create & make a first deposit/funding in their US stock account.
• Complete your steps of making first deposit/funding in your US stock account to avail INR 1000 virtual Google stock reward.

 

• For EXISTING USERS

 

Details: ₹500/- worth of Free virtual Google Stock

Applicable for: This reward is valid for all existing users i.e users who are already onboarded on the INDmoney mobile App (“Existing Users”).

Eligibility: All existing users will receive a Croma coupon code on their registered email and/or SMS and in order to avail the reward the users have to apply the Croma coupon code in the “Enter Croma coupon code” popup in the INDmoney app. The Existing User/s needs to fund their US stock account with a minimum amount of INR 500 within thirty (30) days of entering the Croma coupon code on the INDmoney mobile app and further such coupon code can be redeemed after second or consecutive funding in the US stock account.

 

How to avail the reward:

• Click on the link from Croma offer page and open your INDmoney mobile app.
• Enter the coupon code received from Croma via email or SMS, in the “Enter Croma Code” on the INDmoney app.
• On successfully applying the code, the user will earn a free virtual Google stock reward card which the user can view in their stock reward in the “Rewards” section on the INDmoney mobile App.
• The user will have to click on the earned reward card in the rewards section and swipe up to make a deposit/funding in their US stock account.
• The existing users will only be able to avail the reward if they have successfully funded their US stock account at least once before claiming the Croma coupon code reward.
• The users shall be required to make a deposit/funding in their US stock account within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of applying the Croma coupon code on the INDmoney mobile app with a minimum funding value of INR 500.

 

Terms and Conditions for Assured reward:

• The Croma coupon codes made available to the user by Croma will be communicated through email communication and/or SMS in T+1 days and shall be valid for all New Users as well as Existing Users of INDmoney mobile app.

• Users will have to ensure that their correct email ID and mobile number are updated with Croma to receive the email and/or SMS for Croma coupon codes. Croma shall not be responsible for non-receipt of codes due to incorrect mentioning of the users email ID and/or mobile numbers. Terms and Conditions for Mega Rewards:

 

• INDmoney will not determine the winner of the Jackpot reward but will distribute the rewards as per the winners determined and declared by Croma.
• Croma will announce and declare the winners and communicate them about their Mega rewards win, within 15 days of the end of the Croma Black Friday sale. If there are more than 20 spenders who have made purchases of the same amount, then, the winners will be selected via a lucky draw or by Croma’s discretion. Such winner will be contacted by INDmoney post Croma’s Black Friday Sale via email (from either marketing@indmoney.com or support@indmoney.com)
• The Mega reward winners will not be communicated through telephonic mode/means by INDmoney for their win.

PART B- General Terms & Conditions

 

• These Reward(s) are organized and administered by Infiniti Retail Limited (hereinafter referred as “Brand”), a company which owns and operates an online marketplace on the website located at the URL: http://www.croma.com/. Brand is running the Reward(s) in collaboration with Finzoomers for a limited period only.
• By participating in the Rewards, User/s (“You” and “Your”) agrees to be legally bound by and abide by these Terms & Conditions stated herein (hereinafter “T&C”) including but not limited to various policies as made available on its website or in any other User/s confirm and acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to conform to these T&C. If User/s does not agree to these T&C, please do not participate in these Reward(s).
• Brand/Finzoomers reserves the right to amend, modify, change, add or terminate the Reward(s) or discontinue this Reward(s) without any prior In case there is any discrepancy or dispute regarding the Reward(s), the decision by Finzoomers shall be final and binding, neither Finzoomers nor any third party shall have any liability towards any User/s. • The User/s understands and agrees that cash Reward(s) may be subject to deduction of taxes, as per rates applicable under Income Tax Act, 1961 (as amended). The User agrees and assures to furnish valid, and all necessary document(s) as may be requested by Finzoomers towards payment of cash Reward(s), failure to furnish and/or execute such document (as requested by Finzoomers) would render the User to be ineligible for availing / receiving the cash Reward(s). Further, User understands that receipt of cash Reward(s) may constitute as taxable income, the compliance of which is sole and absolute obligation of User, without any reference or liability to Finzoomer(s).
• The Reward(s) shall be subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations, processes and formalities in connection with such Reward(s) to be received. And all such Reward(s) shall be subject to furnishing of appropriate documents as may be required by Any failure on the part of the User/s to comply with directions issued by Finzoomers for claim of Reward(s) shall entitle Finzoomers to forfeit the Reward(s) or roll such Reward(s) over to the next eligible User/s, at their sole discretion.
• Any User/s providing any incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information from Finzoomers with intent to participate and/or be chosen as the winner of the Reward(s) will automatically be disqualified from participating in it and being chosen as the winner of the different categories of Reward(s). Such act of providing incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information, including without limitation incorrect declaration of information relating to name, age, identity, address, domicile , by the User/s or any dispute with the Finzoomers, shall entitle Finzoomers to disqualify him/her without any further intimation. Finzoomers reserves its right to take appropriate legal action against any User/s involved in illegal/unauthorized activity.
• Finzoomers reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the Reward(s) or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the T&C and prize at their sole discretion at any time during its validity as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reason beyond their control the same shall be binding on the User/s. • User/s acknowledge and agree that all copyright and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the SMS content, WAP, Mobile application, Website and all material or content related to the Reward(s) shall remain, at all times, the property of Finzoomers and shall remain owned by Finzoomers and/or their respective All material and content contained is made available for User/s personal and non-commercial use only.
• The User/s shall indemnify and keep indemnified Finzoomers and their officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, suits, proceedings, action, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs (including attorney’s fees and court costs) which Finzoomers may incur, pay or become responsible as sponsor/organizer/facilitator as a result of (i) breach or alleged breach of the representations or obligations by the User/s under the T&C hereunder; (ii) any failure by the User/s to comply with applicable law and (iii) any third party claim in respect of misuse of any information of a third party by the User/s. Finzoomers shall have the right to defend themselves, pursuant to this clause, at the cost of the User/s. Finzoomers or their respective affiliates shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by the User/s or any third party, in connection with the Reward(s).
• FORCE MAJEURE: This Reward(s) is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God change of laws, pandemics, or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Finzoomers (“Force Majeure Event”). Finzoomers shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the Rewards(s) there under as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
• Failure by Finzoomers to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Further, Finzoomers may assign any of its rights within the Reward(s) offered by it to any party without prior intimation to User/s.
• Failure by Finzoomers to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Further, the User/s understand and agree that Finzoomers, its owners and affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a User/s and/or winner and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by participating in Reward(s) and/or use or non-use of the prize (if any).
• The User/s and/or Brand hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold the Finzoomers, its holding, affiliate, associate, group company(ies), sponsors, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or indirect or consequential that User/s and/or Brand may suffer, or may arise, by way of and /or on account of the offer/program/rewards. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in case of any dispute, maximum aggregate liability of Finzoomers, shall not exceed the value of the assured reward/s.
• Reward(s) may or may not be available on PAN India basis  and Finzoomers reserve the right to withdraw/ modify/ alter the Reward applicability and/or offer in different states at our sole discretion Any dispute arising out of this Reward(s) T&C shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiations. In the event, amicable settlement fails, the dispute shall be referred to Mediation. The venue of Mediation shall be at New Delhi only. This Program shall subject to Indian laws and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
