• The customers who Pre-books iPhone 15, iPhone 15 plus, iPhone 15 Pro & Pro Max from 15th to 18th September extends a chance to win the Cruise Control tickets
• This offer is valid only for customers who pre-books from the following cities - Mumbai, Pune and Surat - applicable on stores and website pre-booking.
• Customers willing to avail the offer need to provide their address ID proof (Aadhaar card/passport) along with the same information for their accompanying passenger. This will be considered as a valid acceptance of the offer from customer’s end.
• 15 lucky winners will win a chance to experience the cruise along with their respective accompanying passenger.
• Package includes - an ocean room view per winning customer, all meals aboard the cruise.
• Package does not include transport to and fro from other cities to Mumbai
• Package does not include any other temporary accommodation before or after the cruise duration
• The winner will be randomly selected from those who will pre-book from the above-mentioned cities via an extensive lucky draw process from the aforementioned period
• Winners will be announced by Croma on its own discretion and will be final
• The above offer is subject to availability and law of limitation, as applicable
• These tickets are only applicable for the Cruise Control trip starting from Ballard Estate, Green Gate Mumbai on 23rd September & return on 25th September.
• The cruise will be for a duration of two nights and three days - 23rd to 25th September
• Itinerary - 23rd Sep - 1 to 4 PM - onboarding, 25th Sep - 9 am to 12 pm - disembarkation
• Offer details is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-encashable and non-extendable
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, Croma reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers
• Croma reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• Croma shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure
• Croma is not liable to bear any additional expenses arising out of the trip for the winner
• Croma and its employees shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever for any breach of the terms of this brand offer, or in the event any third party fails to provide the services or products as mentioned above, in the manner as set forth herein

Cruise Terms and Conditions

• All Guests will be charged Rs.10,000/- (CARD ONLY) Refundable Deposit at the Terminal Gate Before Boarding.
• Cruise Itinerary - 23rd Sep - 1 to 4 PM - onboarding, 25th Sep - 9 am to 12 pm – disembarkation 
• All Visitor have to carry Valid ID proof ( Aadhar Card ) at the time of boarding. Print out of your boarding pass needs to be carry.
• Gates will close at 3:30PM sharp and passengers who are late will not be entertained and No Refund will be granted in such cases.
• Things to Carry : Swimwear, Flip Flops, Toiletries & Dental Kits, 2-3 pin converter for charging appliances, International travel adapter or converter.
• The sponsors/artists/organisers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage that may occur during the event.
• Important Information : No outside food & drink are allowed.
• Age Limit: 16+ all below the age of 16 to be compulsorily accompanied by an adult)
• Max 3 bags totalling to 50 Kgs. Additional luggage will be charged at 300/- per kg
• Passengers cannot carry alcohol, food items or any kind of beverages on board
• Government ID card is mandatory for onboarding (Aadhar/passport). Please carry the original document while travelling for each passenger.
• Management reserves the right to ask you to leave if the temperature is high even if you have tickets
• Right of entry is reserved by the event organisers 
• Entry wristbands are compulsory for access into the event venues 
• Illegal Substances are strictly prohibited. Anybody caught with the same will be asked to leave.
• Smoking is only allowed at designated areas on the deck. Strictly no smoking inside the cabins or deck. If found/caught, fine will be applicable as per cruise policy and discretion. Organiser will have no say or charge in such cases
• Currency accepted - USD and INR
• The event is wheelchair accessible. However details will be required at time of Pre Check-in
• Every room is provided with 2 bottles of water (500ml each). There are free water dispensers available across the ship at various locations. 
• Any kind of liquor is not included in this package 
• Guests will be served alcohol based on Legal Drinking Age as per the official government ID, i.e. 21+ for beer and 25+ for hard liquor  
• Wifi Package Prices are not included in the packages and prices may vary with every sailing. 
• Pre Check-In is Mandatory for all guests
• The management reserves the exclusive right to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
• The ticket holder grants the organiser the right to use all or any part of the recording for promotional purposes
• Pets are not allowed onboard the cruise
