- Customer Referral Program T&Cs:
- The unique Referral code (RC) for every Croma customer (who has bought a Dyson product) will be created by Dyson and shared with us.
- As per our discussion, the RC can be alphanumeric (no special characters allowed).
- Once Dyson shares the RC codes, we would need to create coupons in our system with the same code. You mentioned a timeline of 1-1.5 days for getting the coupons activated in system.
- The coupons need to have a validity of either 10 uses or 31st Mar (whichever is earlier).
- A customer who uses the RC to transact will get a discount of Rs. 2000 (on select Dyson products). Customer can transact either at Croma store or on our website.
- We would need to share the RC usage details with Dyson for them to reward the customer from their end and reimburse us the discount amt.
