Insurance charges
5% GST + 5% TCS
Tourism Dirham paid directly to hotel.
City Taxes if any needs to be paid directly at hotel.
Entrance fees to sites which not mentioned in the price inclusive.
Early check in or late checkout charges.
Usage of vehicle beyond the given route drives after 06.00 PM, usage of guide beyond the mentioned timings or anything beyond the itinerary
Camera or Video permits.
Expenses of a personal nature.
Any Increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by the respective government or statutory bodies.
Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from the route of the tour
Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.
Any extra expenses incurred for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, forced majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, strikes etc.
Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.
Any private transfers taken to move from one place to another instead of coach
Additional extra topping if taken
Any add-on sightseeing/activities along with transfers if done other than mentioned in the tour program.
Any upgradation in the room category.
Water bottle charges
Medicines required if any
Service or Government taxes as applicable from time to time
Anything not specifically mentioned in above.

Domestic Stay-cation Details

1 Winner will stand a chance to win a staycation in the winner’s location.
Winner will be announced by Croma at its discretion and the details of such winner will be shared with EaseMyTrip officials to facilitate the staycation offer.
EaseMyTrip will directly discuss the details with the winner.
Your voucher can not be used against multiple bookings.
Your voucher can be redeemed offline only.
The voucher includes Hotel only.
Any amount exceeding the voucher amount shall be borne by the customer.
The voucher validity is 30th September 2022
