- No cash or credit alternative is available against this offer.
- Croma reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without any notice and liability towards the customer.
- Croma’s decision in all matters relating to this offer shall be final and binding.
- Croma, its managers or its employees shall not be responsible for any terms and conditions imposed by participating brands. Such terms shall be governed solely by respective brand.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Mumbai.
