Pre-book Offer - Galaxy Watch 4 & Watch 4 Classic

• Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (“Samsung”) introduces a pre-book offer (“Pre-book Offer”) on Galaxy Watch 4 & Watch 4 Classic (“Device(s)”) as per Annexture A Table 1
• Pre-book Offer shall be available from 30^th August 2021 to 9^th September 2021.
• Customers who pre-book the Device(s) shall be eligible for E-voucher Benefits of Rs. 6000.00 (Rupees Six Thousand only)which can be redeemed at Samsung Shop App in the manner provided in the redemption clause. The E-voucher can be redeemed against the products provided  in Annexure A – Table 2 below.
• Only one Product can be pre-booked against one mobile number. Customer(s) are advised to use same mobile number for pre-booking the Product and its redemption on Samsung Shop for redemption of the Watch 4 Series .
• Process for redemption of Samsung Shop benefit - Once you receive the Device you will have to follow the process given hereunder to redeem the Samsung Shop benefit as under:
• Redemption of the Samsung benefit will start from 1^st October 2021 on Samsung Shop App.
• Fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Playstore) must be completed by 30^st October 2021 failing which you will not be eligible for the Pre-book Offers.
• Registration & sign in to Samsung Shop App to be done with same mobile number used for pre-booking & activating the Device. In case any other mobile number is used, you will not be eligible to avail the Pre-book Offers.
• In case you are already a Samsung Shop user, then you must pre-book the Device with the same mobile number with which you are registered in the Samsung Shop application or else you will have to create a new Samsung Shop app account with the number you have used for pre-booking & activating the Device.
• Open Samsung Shop & Visit “For You” Tab to check eligibility
• Allow Permission to read IMEI number & Mobile Number (when asked for)
• OTP will be sent to the activation number being used in the IMEI.
• Samsung Shop App will show list of available Offers. Please select the product that you wish to redeem against the Samsung Shop benefits from the list of eligible products and add to cart.
• Redemption of Samsung Shop benefit can only be done only once for every phone number on or before 31^st March 2021.
• The shipping of Samsung product purchased by you will happen within 30 (thirty) days from the day of placing order for the same at Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store).
• The product purchased shall be on As Is basis and will be delivered subject to the stock availability.
• Samsung reserves the right to substitute the select products put for redemption under Samsung Shop benefits with Device(s)/gift(s) of equivalent value under this Pre-book Offer at its sole discretion without giving any reasons thereof. The choice as to the color, make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung’s discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
