IRL will use, store, and process your personal information only for the purpose of registering you in AI Gurukool Master class conducted by Croma in association with HP.

IRL may share your personal information with HP. IRL/HP may communicate with you regarding this AI Gurukool Master class or for various offers from time to time.

You agree to share your feed back or testimonial video / detailed review with Croma, after the completion of AI Gurukool Master class. Croma shall have a right to use such feed back or testimonials video / detailed review in promotional materials, advertisements, websites, social media platforms, and other related media. Participant shall not be entitled for any compensation in cash or kind and Croma shall have a right to edit/alter testimonials video / detailed review for technical purposes.

Terms and conditions for AI Gurukool Master class (“Master Class”):

• For participating in this Master Class must have an HP laptop.
• To be eligible to participate in this Master Class, you must be 18 years of age or above.
• This Master Class registration is completely free. The registration can be done only via website .i.e. www.croma.com.
• There are no charges or any sort of additional fee/platform fee to participate in the Master Class. In case, any clarity is required, participant can confirm at the Croma store in which Master Class will be conducted.
• Number of seats in this Master Class are limited, and registration is mandatory.
• The Master Class will be conducted on the date, time and at such Croma store as stated above. In case, there is a change in venue, the participants will be notified two (2) days prior to the event. Croma or HP will not liable for any inconvenience caused to the participant for such change.
• Croma shall provide materials to the participants for the Master Class, free of cost. The participants shall not post/publish, reproduce, share or distribute materials in any manner i.e. offline/online.
• Croma will provide basic snack/beverages to participants. No specific requirements of any participants will be entertained.
• Croma shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Master Class. Participants attend at their own risk and will be responsible for their belongings.
• Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour throughout the Master Class. Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive may result in removal from the Master Class.
• Employees of Infiniti Retail Ltd  and HP  are not eligible for participation in this Master Class.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Mumbai.
