1. This marketing program (“Program”) is from ICICI Bank Ltd under an arrangement with Infiniti Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Card (“Cardholder”)
2. The Validity of the Program (“Term”) is between 24th Dec 2020– 3rd Jan 2021(offer period), unless extended by the Parties and Merchant.
3. Under this program:

For purchase of Rs 50,000 & above with the ICICI Credit & Debit card during the offer period, ICICI Bank Credit and Debit cardholder can avail Rs 5,000 as same-day instant Cashback on qualifying transaction at Croma store

For purchase of Rs 50,000 & above with the Credit and Debit card during the offer period, ICICI Bank Credit and Debit cardholder can avail Rs 5,000 cashback on qualifying transaction on croma.com

1. Instant cashback at stores is applicable on ICICI Bank Credit Card Non-EMI, Debit Card Non-EMI, Credit Card EMI & Debit Card EMI transactions
2. Cashback on Croma.com is applicable on ICICI Bank Credit Card Non-EMI & Debit Card Non-EMI transactions only
3. Cashback on Croma.com will be processed by 15th Jan 2021 to eligible customers
4. Offer cannot be combined with ICICI Thursday offer at Croma
5. The offer cannot be combined with any ICICI and brand-specific offer
6. Offer will not be extended for the customer if he/she fails to select the bank offer
7. The maximum benefit under the offer will be Rs. 5,000 at a card level. Only 1 transaction per card is eligible for the offer during the offer period
8. Croma.com transaction will not be eligible for the cashback if the same card is used to avail the offer at the store
9. Offer will not be applicable on Amazon Pay, Business, Commercial & Corporate ICICI Bank Credit Cards
10. Cashback will not be applicable on advance invoice
11. This offer is configured on the Pinelabs terminal. Cashback will be extended to eligible BINs automatically
12. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 3rd January 2021. Post such date; ICICI Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any cardholder.
13. Bank Card Account is required to be active and non-delinquent. Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for this offer.
14. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts, etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
15. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by ICICI Bank or by Merchant
16. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by ICICI Bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank
17. The Program is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only Infiniti Retail & ICICI Bank reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period
