Mia Voucher Terms & Conditions

This discount voucher is issued by Titan Company Limited (‘Titan’) on the following terms and conditions

1. This discount voucher is valid only for the purchase of Mia by Tanishq studded products with a minimum bill value of Rs. 10,000/- and above, and is redeemable at all Mia by Tanishq exclusive stores, Tanishq stores and on MiabyTanishq.com
2. The holder of this discount voucher will be deemed to be the beneficiary. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the discount voucher. Titan or its affiliates are not responsible for any act of omission or commission if the discount voucher is lost, stolen or used.
3. This discount voucher is only an entitlement to the discount to the extent of the face value of the discount voucher and is non - encashable.
4. Multiple discount voucher(s) of Mia by Tanishq cannot be clubbed in a single invoice.
5. Damaged discount vouchers shall not be refunded or replaced and Titan retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable. Photocopy of the discount voucher shall not be accepted.
6. This discount voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or for credit.
7. This discount voucher is valid from the date of issuance till the 30th November 2020 and any extension to such date shall not be allowed in any case.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all claims arising out of or in relation to these terms and conditions.
