Offer of up to 5% savings as NeuCoins for Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card & Tata Neu SBI Credit Card holders.

1) Offer Period: Till 11:59 PM on 31^st Dec 2026, as applicable.

2) Offer Details:

1. Users who purchase products on Croma during the Offer Period using the Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card & Tata Neu SBI Credit card (“NeuCard”) shall receive benefits mentioned below in the form of savings as NeuCoins:

*Exclusive of NeuCoin reward earned by customer under the NeuPass program

3) Offer Eligibility:

1. If multiple payment methods are used for a transaction, the offer will be applicable only on the final amount paid using NeuCard.
2. This Offer shall only apply to full-swipe transactions made by customers using the NeuCard and shall not apply to EMI transactions.
3. To qualify for the Offer, a customer must transact on the NeuCard using their own Tata Neu registered mobile number online (logged in) or offline (in-store). Transactions made using another person’s account or mobile number will be ineligible under this Offer.
4. If the purchased product has been returned, or the transaction has been disputed or may be unauthorized/fraudulent, such transaction will not be considered for this Offer.

4) Other Terms and Conditions

1. To avail the Offer, the customer’s card account with HDFC Bank & SBI Cards (issuing bank) shall be active and non-delinquent.
2. The Offer is available only for full-swipe transactions on NeuCard, and transactions related to cash withdrawals, loans (Dial-An-EMI, Cash-on-Call, Balance Transfer, Personal Loan, etc.), EMI purchases, card fees, and disputed/fraudulent transactions are excluded from this Offer.
3. This Offer is available only for NeuCard holders (i.e. individuals), and transactions made by corporates, dealers, distributors, businesses or for commercial purposes, are disqualified.
4. Transactions that are reversed due to cancellations or merchant errors will not be considered for benefits under the Offer.
5. The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-encashable.
6. Only Indian residents and citizens are eligible for this Offer.
7. Tata Digital Private Limited and Croma reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time.
8. All disputes relating to the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai
