Earn Flat 10% Tata NeuCoins on Croma online purchases via Tata Neu UPI – Terms and Conditions
1. This ‘Earn Flat 10% Tata NeuCoins on Croma online purchases via Tata Neu UPI’ Offer is available on www.croma.com and Tata Neu website/app.
2. Offer Period: The Offer is valid from October 28, 2026, 00:00:00 (IST) to November 15, 2026, 23:59:59 (IST) (“Offer Period”).
3. Offer: During the Offer Period, a User will be eligible to earn flat 10% of the transaction value as Tata NeuCoins, up to a maximum of 250 Tata NeuCoins (“Offer”), if the User:
a. makes a purchase of INR 299 or more on Croma.com or the ‘Electronics’ category on the Tata Neu website/app; and
b. successfully pays for the purchase using the Tata Neu UPI ID having the ‘@tnaxis’ handle.
4. The Offer is applicable once per User during the Offer Period. 1 Tata NeuCoin = Re. 1 saving.
5. Tata NeuCoins earned will be credited within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the successful purchase transaction mentioned above and will be valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of credit.
6. This Offer cannot be clubbed, combined, or availed in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, coupon, or benefit applicable to the same transaction.
7. Tata Neu may reverse, reduce, cancel, or adjust Tata NeuCoins credited in error, duplicated, obtained without eligibility, or arising from cancelled, refunded, reversed, returned, or otherwise ineligible transactions. Tata Neu may also make such adjustments in cases of fraud, misuse, or breach of Tata Neu Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
8. In case of any issue pertaining to the Offer, the decision of Tata Payments Limited, at its sole discretion, shall be final and binding. For any issues, please write to customercare@tataneu.com.
9. Tata Payments Limited reserves the right to change, modify, add, delete, or withdraw any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without any prior notice to the Users.
10. The issuance and redemption of Tata NeuCoins are governed by the Tata Neu Rewards Program Terms and Conditions available at www.tataneu.com/legal.

FAQ 3: Do all Croma transactions qualify for rewards?
No. To qualify:
- You must place an order on Croma.com or Electronics category on Tata Neu Website / App. Croma offline store orders are not eligible for this Offer.
- You must use a Tata Neu UPI ID with the @tnaxis handle to pay for the order
- The net transaction amount must be ₹299 or higher
- The transaction must be successfully completed during the Offer Period
FAQ 4: How do I receive my Tata NeuCoins reward?
After a successful purchase transaction:
1. A push notification and a widget will appear on the UPI payment confirmation screen on the Tata Neu App.
2. The earned Tata NeuCoins will be visible once the user clicks the widget.
3. The earned Tata NeuCoins will be credited within 24 hours of completing the payment.
4. The earned Tata NeuCoins will have a validity of 30 (thirty) days from the date of credit.
