1. Offer Overview
This promotional scheme (“Offer”) is organized for end customers who purchase an Oppo F33 Series handset from Croma Store during the Offer Period. Under this Offer, eligible customers will receive one (1) free Hammer Bash Plus headphone unit, subject to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).
2. Offer Period
The Offer is valid from 22nd April 2026 to 21st May 2026, or until stocks of free headphones last, whichever occurs earlier.
3. Eligibility
- The Offer is applicable to individual end consumers only
- Croma and Oppo employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate
4. Qualifying Products
- The free headphones will be Hammer Bash Plus Headphone of MRP 6999 only and the same is subject to availability of stocks.
- The Offer is applicable only on Oppo F33 Series handsets only.
5. Free Headphones Details
- The free headphones are provided without any additional charge.
- Color, model, and specifications shall be solely determined by the organizer and cannot be chosen by the customer.
- The free headphones are not for resale and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other items.
6.Redemption Mechanism
- The free headphones shall be provided along with the handset at the time of invoice, subject to stock availability.
- No separate coupon, online registration, or post‑purchase claim is required.
7. Stock Availability
- The Offer is strictly valid while stocks last.
- Neither the organizer nor the retailer shall be obliged to provide the free headphones once stocks are exhausted.
8.Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
- If the handset purchased under this Offer is returned or exchanged for any reason, the free headphones must also be returned in original condition with packaging.
- If the free headphones are not returned, the retailer may deduct the MRP/value of the headphones from the refund amount.
9.Warranty & After‑Sales Service
- The handset and free headphone shall be covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.
- Warranty service shall be provided as per the terms mentioned in the product warranty card.
- Oppo and Croma shall not be responsible for misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.
10.Taxation
- The price of the handset is inclusive of all applicable taxes as per Indian law.
- The customer shall be provided with a valid tax invoice for the handset purchase.
11.No Combination with Other Offers
- This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional schemes, discounts, cashbacks, or exchange offers.
12.Right to Modify or Withdraw
- The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this Offer, in part or full, at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
13.Limitation of Liability
