Pre-book Offer - Galaxy Buds Pro

1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. introduces a pre-book offer (“Pre-book Offer”) on Galaxy Buds Pro (hereinafter referred to as “Product”) and you may be eligible to purchase Wireless Powerbank at Rs. 499.00.
2. The Pre-book Offer shall be available from 15^th January 2021 to 28^th January 2021 (“Pre-book Offer Period”).
3. You can pre-book the Product both Online and Offline. The online booking can be done on Samsung Shop i.e. https://samsung.com/in, Flipkart, and Myntra (hereinafter referred to as “Online Outlet(s)”), whereas the offline booking can be done at the select Samsung stores including Samsung Exclusive outlets (hereinafter referred to as “Offline Outlet”). Customers are advised to check the Offer availability before pre-booking the Product at that Offline Outlet(s).
4. Only one Product can be pre-booked against one mobile number. Customer(s) are advised to use the same mobile number for pre-booking the Product and its redemption on Samsung Shop for redemption of the Galaxy Buds Pro.

 

Pre-booking Product through Online Outlets i.e. Flipkart & Myntra Only

1. If you are pre-booking the Product through Flipkart or Myntra, you will have to make a full payment of the amount as declared on these online portals during the Pre-book Offer Period or any other period as mentioned on these portals respectively.
2. While pre-booking the Product through Flipkart & Myntra you will be eligible to purchase the Wireless Powerbank @Rs. 499.00 at the time of pre-booking the Product itself and not later. In case you skip purchasing the Wireless Powerbank at the time of pre-booking, the same shall stand forfeited and no claims shall be entertained in this regard.
3. The price of the Product as listed on Flipkart & Myntra shall be inclusive of all taxes.
4. While pre-booking the Product you will have to fill in the required details such as your name, mobile number (please read clause 4 above), email id, model number (if any) and color of the Product, and provide any other information as may be specifically mentioned in the terms and conditions as stated on Flipkart or Myntra online portals, without which your pre-booking will be incomplete.
5. While Pre-booking the Product your primary shipping mobile number should be the same as your pre-book number i.e. the mobile number with which you had pre-booked the Product.
6. Once you pre-book the Product you will receive a notification vide SMS / email from the respective portal(s) confirming your registration.
7. Pre-booking through Flipkart and Myntra shall be subject to their terms and conditions as well and in case of any difference or inconsistency between the terms & conditions mentioned herein and of these respective portals, i.e. Flipkart or Myntra’s their pre-book terms and conditions will prevail.
8. Your Product will be dispatched by Flipkart or Myntra and you will be notified for the same via SMS or email.
9. Delivery of the Product would start tentatively from 29^th January, 2021nwards and can take 3-5 business days, depending upon your geographical location, where the Product has to be delivered.
10. In case you do not comply with the above-mentioned timelines and scenarios or any other condition as stated specifically on Flipkart or Myntra online portals, you will not be eligible for the Pre-book Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or its authorized partners.
11. The shipping of the Product & Wireless Powerbank will be subject to the availability of stocks.

 

Pre-booking Product through Samsung E-Store -

1. If you are pre-booking the Product through Samsung E-store i.e. Samsung Shop, you will have to make a full payment of the amount as declared on Samsung E-store during the Pre-book Offer Period.
2. The price of the Product as listed on Samsung E-store shall be inclusive of all taxes.
3. While pre-booking the Product you will have to fill in the required details such as your name, mobile number (please read clause 4 above), email id, model number (if any), and color of the Product, without which your pre-booking will be incomplete.
4. Ensure that your primary shipping mobile number should be the same as your pre-book number i.e. the mobile number with which you had pre-booked the Product.
5. Once you pre-book the Product you will receive a notification vide SMS / email confirming your registration.
6. Your Product will be dispatched by Samsung E-store and you will be notified for the same via SMS or email.                
7. Delivery of the Product would start tentatively from 29^th January, 2021nwards and can take 3-5 business days, depending upon your geographical location, where the Product has to be delivered.
8. The shipping of the Product & Wireless Powerbank will be subject to the availability of stocks.
9. Redemption of the Wireless Powerbank to be done as per the Redemption process provided in clause 10 below.

 

In case of pre-booking through Online Outlet, Samsung India Electronics Private Limited will not be responsible or liable for the supply of the Product as the same is being sold by Savex Computers Limited (“Savex”)

1. Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
2. Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
3. Any late transmissions or entries;
4. Any computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures;
5. Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Product.
6. Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.
7. Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force majeure circumstances.

 

Pre-booking Product at select Samsung Stores (“Non-Exclusive Offline Outlets”):

• To pre-book the Product at the Non-exclusive Offline Outlets you have to do the registration via the Pre-book app available with the Samsung promoters at the respective Outlets during 15^th January 2021 to 28^th January 2021.
• While pre-booking you will have to enter some of your details such as your name, mobile number (please read clause 4 above), email id, model number and color of the Product, without which your pre-booking will be incomplete.
• Once you pre-book the Product you will receive notification from Samsung on your mobile number registered in the pre-book app, confirming your registration.
• In order to be eligible to avail the Wireless Powerbank at Rs. 499.00, you will be required to purchase and activate the Product between 29^th January to 28^th February 2021 by connecting/syncing it with a Smartphone (through the Samsung Wearable app) and register on Samsung Shop App between 29^th January to 28^th February 2021 with the same mobile number which has been used for pre-booking the Product.
• Redemption of the Wireless Powerbank at Rs. 499.00 shall have to be completed by 10^th March 2021 by following the steps provided in the Redemption clause 10 below.
• In case you do not comply with the above-mentioned timelines you will not be eligible for the Pre-book Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or its authorized partners.

 

Pre-booking Product at select Samsung Exclusive Stores (“Exclusive Offline Outlets”):

1. To pre-book the Product at the Exclusive Offline Outlets you have to do the registration via the Pre-book app available with the Samsung promoters at the respective Outlets from 15^th January 2021 to 28^th January 2021.
2. While pre-booking you will have to enter some of your details such as your name, mobile number (please read clause 4 above), email id, model number, and color of the Product, without which your pre-booking will be incomplete.
3. Once you pre-book the Product you will receive notification from Samsung on your mobile number registered in the pre-book app, confirming your registration.
4. In order to be eligible to avail of the Wireless Powerbank at Rs. 499.00, you will be required to purchase the Product between 29^th January to 28^th February 2021.
5. At the time of purchasing the Product from the Exclusive Outlet, you will have an option of purchasing the Wireless Powerbank from the said Outlet itself subject to billing and OTP validation in the same number used for pre-booking.
6. In case, you do not purchase the Wireless Powerbank from the Outlet, at the time of purchasing the Product, you will have to activate the Product by connecting/syncing it with a Smartphone (through the Samsung Wearable app) and register on Samsung Shop App between 29^th January to 28^th February 2021 with the same mobile number which has been used for pre-booking the Product.
7. Redemption of the Wireless Powerbank at Rs. 499.00 shall have to be completed by 10^th March 2021 by following the steps provided in the Redemption clause 10 below.
8. In case you do not comply with the above-mentioned timelines you will not be eligible for the Pre-book Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or its authorized partners

 

Redemption Process for Wireless Powerbank in case of pre-booking through Non-Exclusive Outlets, Exclusive Outlets  (if you do not purchase it from the outlet) and Samsung E-store:

Once you receive and activate the Product within the stipulated timelines you will have to follow the process given hereinunder to redeem the Wireless Powerbank at Rs. 499.00: 

1. Redemption of the Galaxy Buds Pro will start from 29^th January 2021 onwards on Samsung Shop App.
2. Fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Playstore) must be completed on or before 10^th March 2021, failing which you will not be eligible for the Pre-book Offer.
3. Please update the Samsung Shop app to its latest version from Google Playstore.
4. Registration & sign in to Samsung Shop App to be done with the same mobile number used for pre-booking the Product. In case any other mobile number is used, you will not be eligible to avail of the Pre-book Offer.
5. In case you are already a Samsung Shop user, then you must pre-book the Product with the same mobile number with which you are registered in the Samsung Shop application or else you will have to create a new Samsung Shop app account with the number you have used for pre-booking the Product.
6. Open Samsung Shop & Visit “For You” Tab to check your eligibility
7. Enter the Serial number of the right earbud (as indicated on the box sticker as ‘S/N (R)’ ) of the Product (Galaxy Buds Pro) in the “For You” Tab
8. Samsung Shop App will show Offer. Please select the Wireless Powerbank and add it to the cart.
9. Redemption of Wireless Powerbank at Rs. 499.00 can only be done only once on or before 10^th March 2021
10. The shipping of Galaxy Buds Pro will happen within 30 (thirty) days from the day of placing an order for the same at Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store).
11. The Galaxy Buds Pro shall be on an As-Is basis and will be delivered subject to the stock availability.
12. By doing the pre-booking and availing the Pre-book Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.
13. Product images, features, specifications shown here are for representational purposes only, the actual product may vary. Offer available till stocks lasts.
14. Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the pre-book offer or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
15. Samsung also reserves the right to substitute the Galaxy Buds Pro with Product (s)/gift(s) of equivalent value under this Offer at its sole discretion without giving any reasons thereof. The choice as to the color, make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung’s discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
16. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
