Tab A7 Pre-Book Offer

1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. introduces a pre-book offer (“Pre-book Offer”) on Tab A7 (LTE) (“Device”) wherein a customer will be eligible to get Tab A7 book cover at
   ₹1875.00 (discount of ₹1874.00 on the market price). The Pre-book Offer shall be available from 1st October to October 11, 2020 (“Pre-book Offer Period”).
2. A customer can pre-book the Device both Offline & Online
3. Only one Device can be pre-booked against one mobile number. For activating the Device, the Customer has to use the same mobile number with which the pre-booking was done. All customers should have registered with the same mobile number for a minimum period of three (03) days from the date of inserting the SIM in first SIM slot for the first time.
4. Pre–booking Device on Samsung Shop or other E-Commerce Portal(s):
   i. If a customer is pre-booking the Device on Croama.com they will have to make a full payment of the amount as declared on the respective Online Outlet/Portal during the Pre-book Offer Period.
   ii. The price of the Device as listed on the Online Outlets shall be inclusive of all taxes.
   iii. While pre-booking customer will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the respective portals such as name, mobile number, email id, model number and color of the Device, without which the booking will be incomplete.
   iv. While pre-booking the Device via Samsung Shop, customer(s) primary shipping mobile number should be the same as their pre-book number.
   v. If customer pre-books the Device from Online Outlet/Portal as mentioned above, they will have to follow the redemption process for the Keyboard Cover as mentioned in Clause 7 below.
   vi. Once the customer pre-books the Device they will receive notifications vide SMS/email from the portal confirming their registration.
   vii. Device will be dispatched by the respective Online Outlet/Portal and customer(s) will be notified for the same via SMS or email.
   viii. Deliveries would start from October 12, 2020 onwards approximately and can take five to seven (05-07) business days, depending upon the geographical location and the lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.
   ix. Customers who pre-book the Device from Online Outlet/Portals as mentioned above may be eligible to avail the book cover at ₹1875.00 at their discretion. Customers will be required to activate their Device between October 12, 2020 to November 15, 2020 and register on the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Play Store) on or before November 15, 2020 with the same mobile number which has been used for pre-booking & activating the Device.
   x. Redemption of the discount on book cover can be done at Samsung Shop from October 15, 2020 to November 30, 2020. This is a voluntary offer and customer(s) may purchase the same at their sole discretion.
   xi. In case a customer does not comply with the above mentioned timelines he will not be eligible for the Pre-book Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or its authorized partners.
   xii. The shipping of the Device & the A7 book cover will be subject to availability of stocks in the specified color.
5. Redemption process for Tab A7 Book Cover -
   Once the customer purchases/receives and activates the Device they will have to follow the process for redeeming the discounted Tab A7 book cover, at their sole discretion:
   i. Redemption of the Tab A7 keyboard cover will start from October 15, 2020 on Samsung Shop.
   ii. Fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Playstore) must be completed by November 15, 2020 failing which customer(s) will not be eligible for the Offer.
   iii. Registration & sign in to Samsung Shop App to be done with same mobile number used for pre-booking & activating the Device. In case any other mobile number is used, customer(s) will not be eligible to avail the Pre-book Offer.
   iv. In case a customer is already a Samsung Shop user, then they must pre-book & activate the Device with the same mobile number with which they are already registered in the Samsung Shop application or else they will have to create a new Samsung Shop app account with the number they have used for pre-booking & activating the Device.
   v. Open Samsung Shop & Visit “For You” Tab to check eligibility.
   vi. Allow Permission to read IMEI number or Enter manually the IMEI number & Mobile Number (when asked for).
   vii. OTP will be sent and/or Auto Read to the activation number being used in the IMEI.
   viii. Samsung Shop App will show list of available Offers. Please select Tab A7 Book Cover and add to cart.
   ix. Redemption of Tab A7 book Cover at customer discretion can be done only once for every phone number on or before November 30, 2020.
   x. The shipping of the Tab A7 book Cover will happen within 30 (thirty) days from the day of placing order for the same at Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store). Delivery will happen depending upon customer(s) geographical location and the lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.
6. The Tab A7 book Cover shall be on As Is basis and will be delivered subject to the stock availability.
7. By doing the pre booking and availing the Pre-book Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Pre-book Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.
8. Product images, features, specifications shown here are for representational purposes only, the actual product may vary. Pre-book Offer available till stocks lasts.
9. Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the Pre-book Offer or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
10. The choice as to the color, make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung’s discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
11. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi.
