Terms & Conditions – Galaxy Buds+ @ Rs.1990

1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. introduces an offer (“Offer”) on Galaxy S20FE 4G - 8GB/128GB  (“Device”) wherein a customer will be eligible to get the Galaxy Buds+ @ INR 1990. The Offer shall be available from May 5, 2021, to May 31, 2021 (“Offer Period”).

1. Purchasing Device on Samsung Shop or Any  E-Commerce Portal(s) (Online Outlets):

1. The price of the Device as listed on Croma.com shall be inclusive of all taxes.
2. If a customer is purchasing the Device on Croma.com, they will have to make full payment of the amount during the Offer Period.
3. While purchasing customer will have to fill in the required details such as name, mobile number, email id, model number, and color of the Device, without which the booking will be incomplete.
4. Customer(s) will be required to activate the Device between May 5, 2021, to May 31, 2021, and register on the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Play Store) on or before June 30, 2021, in order to avail the offers
5. Deliveries would depend upon the geographical location and the lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered
6. If a customer purchases the Device from Croma.com as mentioned above, they will have to follow the redemption process for Galaxy Buds+ as mentioned in Clause 4 below.
7. Redemption of the Galaxy Buds+ can be done at Samsung Shop from May 15, 2021, to June 30, 2021.
8. In case a customer does not comply with the above-mentioned timelines they will not be eligible for the Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or Croma.com.
9. The shipping of the Device and Buds+ will be subject to the availability of stocks in the specified color.

3. 3. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Limited will not be responsible or liable in case of the below-listed scenarios including for supply of the Device as the same is being sold by Croma.com:
4. Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
5. Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;

Any late transmissions or entries;

1. Any computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures;
2. Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device.
3. Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.

Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force majeure circumstances.

4. Redemption process for Buds+ :

Once the customer purchases / receives and activates the Device you will have to follow the process for redeeming the benefits:

1. Offer Redemption timelines
2. Redemption of the offer will start from May 15, 2021, on Samsung Shop.
3. The device should be activated between May 5, 2021, to May 31, 2021, and fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Playstore) must be completed by June 30, 2021, failing which customer(s) will not be eligible for the Offer.
4. Step 1 - Insert SIM Card. Please note it could take upto 72hrs post phone activation for the offer to be activated.
5. Step 2 - Go to Playstore, download & install Samsung Shop App.
6. Step 3: Open Samsung Shop App and  go to For You Tab under App, click on “SEE IF I’M ELIGIBLE”
7. Step 4a:  Allow Shop Samsung to Make and Manage Phone Call Permission
8. Step 4b: Allow Shop Samsung to Make and Manage SMS Permission
9. Step 5: Enter "IMEI1 of your current device"
10. Step 6: App will auto read OTP
11. Step 7: App will show a list of offers, click on Buy Now
12. Step 8: Product will be added to the cart at discounted price
13. Step 9: Enter Address, Payment Mode & click "Place Order"

Redemption of Galaxy Buds+ at customer discretion can be done only once for every device on or before June 30, 2021

The shipping of the Galaxy Buds+ will happen within 30 (thirty) days from the day of placing an order for the same at Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store). Delivery will happen to depend upon customer(s) geographical location and the lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.

The Galaxy Buds+  shall be on As Is basis and will be delivered subject to stock availability.

5. By availing of the Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS, or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or Croma.com.
6. Product images, features, specifications shown here are for representational purposes only, the actual product may vary, Offer available till stocks last.
7. Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw Offer or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
8. The choice as to the color, make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung’s discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
9. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi.
