Terms & Conditions – Tab A7 Book Cover & Buds+ offer

1. 1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. introduces an offer (“Offer”) on Tab A7 (“Device”) wherein a customer will be eligible to get the Book cover @ INR 999 and Samsung  Galaxy Buds+ @ INR 1999 only. The Offer shall be available from Dec 4, 2020 to Dec 31, 2020 (“Offer Period”).
2. 2. A customer can purchase the Device both Online and Offline.
3. 3. Purchasing Device on Samsung Shop or on Croma.com
   1. i. If a customer is purchasing the Device on Samsung Shop i.e. Samsung e-store or e- Commerce, they will have to make a full payment of the amount as declared on the respective Outlet during the Offer Period.
   2. ii. The price of the Device as listed on the Online Outlets shall be inclusive of all taxes.
   3. iii. While purchasing customer will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the respective portals such as name, mobile number, email id, model number and color of the Device, without which the booking will be incomplete.
   4. iv. If customer purchases the Device from Online outlet / Portal as mentioned above, they will have to follow the redemption process for Book Cover & Galaxy Buds+ as mentioned in Clause 5 below.
   5. v. Deliveries would depend upon the geographical location and the lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered
   6. vi. Customer(s) will be required to activate the Device between Dec1, 2020 to Dec 31, 2020 and register on the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Play Store) on or before Jan 15, 2021 in order to avail the offers
   7. vii. Redemption of the Book Cover and Galaxy Buds+ can be done at Samsung Shop from Dec 7, 2020 to Jan 15, 2021.
   8. viii. In case a customer does not comply with the above mentioned timelines they will not be eligible for the Offer and no claims shall be entertained either against Samsung or its authorized partners.
   9. ix. The shipping of the Device, Book Cover and Galaxy Buds+ will be subject to availability of stocks in the specified color.

1. 4. In case of purchasing through Online Outlets, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Limited will not be responsible or liable for supply of the Device as the same is being sold by Savex Computers Limited (“Savex”) or Reliance
   1. x. Any wrong submission of required details including but not limited to shipping details;
   2. xi. Any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control;
   3. xii. Any late transmissions or entries;
   4. xiii. Any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures;
   5. xiv. Any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted delivery of Device.
   6. xv. Any delay due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.
   7. xvi. Any delay or loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, and any other force majeure circumstances.

1. 5. Redemption process for Tab A7 Book Cover & Galaxy Buds+:
   Once the customer purchases / receives and activates the Device you will have to follow the process for redeeming the benefits:
   
   1. i. Redemption of the Tab A7 Book Cover and Buds+ will start from Dec 7, 2020 on Samsung Shop.
   2. ii. Device should be activated and fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from the Google Playstore) must be completed by Jan 15, 2021 failing which customer(s) will not be eligible for the Offer.
   3. iii. Open Samsung Shop & Visit “For You” Tab to check eligibility. Click on Book Cover and Buds+ redemption banner.
   4. iv. Enter manually the IMEI/Serial number of the tablet mentioned in the settings>>about tab section
   5. v. Once the IMEI/Serial no. is verified, Samsung Shop App will show list of available Offers. Please select Book Cover/Galaxy Buds+ and add to cart.
   6. vi. Redemption of Tab A7 Book Cover/Galaxy Buds+ at customer discretion can be done only once for every phone number on or before Jan 15, 2021
   7. vii. The shipping of the Tab A7 Book Cover/ Galaxy Buds+ will happen within 30 (thirty) days from the day of placing order for the same at Samsung Shop (i.e. Samsung e-store). Delivery will happen depending upon customer(s) geographical location and the lockdown conditions if any, imposed by the respective State Government(s) in customer(s) delivery region, where the Device has to be delivered.

1. 6. The Book Cover and Galaxy Buds+ shall be on As Is basis and will be delivered subject to the stock availability.
2. 7. By availing the Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or email on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.
3. 8. Product images, features, specifications shown here are for representational purposes only, the actual product may vary. Offer available till stocks lasts.
4. 9. Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw Offer or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
5. 10. The choice as to the color, make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung’s discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.
6. 11. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi.
