- Minimum product value criteria: Any customer who makes a purchase for a product for which end price (before discount, including taxes) is INR 2 lakhs or more, is eligible for the bumper prize.
- The customer will have the right to ONE entry for EACH product that qualifies the minimum product value criteria
- Multiple entries are allowed - there is NO LIMIT to the number of entries per day/ per customer/ per order for this prize, as long as the minimum product value criteria is met
- However, the customer is NOT ELIGIBLE if the order has multiple products and total order value crosses the minimum value criteria, but none of the individual product(s) qualifies the minimum product value criteria
- There is no daily-limit on the entries for the Special prize
- A customer who is eligible for Bumper Prize is automatically deemed to be eligible for Four (4) entries for Base Prizes (see section D below)
- Any customer who makes a purchase during the campaign period, irrespective of the order/ product value, is eligible - i.e., there is NO minimum entry criterion
- Each customer has the right to multiple entries on a given day, based on the total order value for that day, as per the following slabs

E. Process for entering into the Jackpot:
- The customer needs to scan the QR code on the card to enter into the Jackpot – they can do the same in the store, or from the comfort of their home within 7 days of receiving the card
- Post scanning the QR code, customer needs to click on the link and enter their relevant details (name, email ID, mobile number and order date) on the website
- A “Thank You” message will be displayed once the details are entered by the customer
F. General Terms & Conditions:
- The offer is valid in all Croma and Tribe by Croma stores pan-India, except those in the state of Tamil Nadu
- Croma (Infiniti Retail Limited) reserves the right to reject an entry if the eligibility conditions of the offer are not met
- Croma team shall be verifying the details entered by the customer after scanning the QR code - it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are entered correctly
- In case of any mismatch of details, the customer shall not be eligible for the jackpot
- Customers will need to agree to Croma’s Privacy Policy – Croma shall ensure all customer details are saved securely as per government data governance guidelines
- In case the customer cancels/ returns any product(s) before the draw of the Jackpot, their eligibility for the Jackpot shall stand cancelled
- The draw for the jackpot entries shall be performed via a digital process – the draw shall be shared on Croma’s media channels for ensuring full transparency
- The draw shall be performed only after the entire campaign period is over
- The winners shall be announced by Croma on or before 30th November
- Each jackpot entry is equally likely to win the respective prize(s)
- In case the same customer wins multiple prizes, they will be eligible to receive the prize of the highest value ONLY
- Croma shall contact the winning customer(s) post completion of the Jackpot draw process, for delivery of the gift
- Croma may share publicly on its communication channels the information of the Jackpot winner(s), post receipt of consent from the winner(s)
- Employees (including brand & contractual staff) and immediate family members of employees of Croma (Infiniti Retail Limited) are not eligible for this offer. Other Tata Group companies’ employees are eligible for the offer.

- Upon completion of the draw, Croma will contact the winning customer(s) on their registered mobile number and/or email ID
- Customer shall share the relevant mandatory information (such as name, address, mobile number, PAN Card etc.) with Croma – which shall be further shared with Tata Motors with customer’s consent
- Tata Motors shall assign the relevant Authorized Tata Motors dealer based on the customer’s location – and the same shall be informed to the customer
- The customer shall confirm and provide consent on their ability to pay for charges over and above ex-showroom price, as elaborated in point 16 & 17 below and collect the car from the said dealer
- In case the customer refuses to accept the above conditions, they will be eliminated from the Jackpot process
- Upon confirmation, Croma shall make the payment for ex-Showroom Price (ESP) directly to the dealer, and share the customer’s details with the dealer, within 7-10 business days
- Ex-Showroom Price (“ESP”) above includes GST and cess, as applicable.
- Additionally, Croma shall also pay Gift Tax on behalf of the customer to the GoI – the shame shall reflect in the customer’s Income Tax records.
- Croma shall share a payment receipt of the paid amounts (ESP & Gift Tax) with the customer for their records
- The dealer shall contact the customer for further process, within 7-10 business days of receiving the payment from Croma
- In case the customer does not receive any intimation from the dealer within 10 (ten) days of receiving the payment receipt from Croma, they can reach out to Croma Customer Care for assistance
- Once contacted by the dealer, customer and dealer shall further coordinate for purchase and delivery of the vehicle – Croma (Infiniti Retail Limited) shall not have any further involvement in the transaction
- Customer shall visit the dealer to finalize the vehicle color/variant – they are free to select higher variant of the vehicle, basis availability with the dealer
- However, for higher variants, the price difference between the variant committed by Croma as way of prize and variant selected by customer, shall be borne and paid by the customer
- Dealer will retail and order the required vehicle in the name of Customer
- Dealer will issue an invoice mentioning ESP, RTO Charges, Insurance, Fastag amount, any local statutory charges in the name of Customer
- RTO Charges, Insurance, Fastag amount, any local statutory charges will be directly borne by the Customer and paid to dealer
- No change of Variant/colour will be done by Tata Motors or Croma once the final invoice is issued
- Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited shall be NOT liable for any tax liability arising out of transaction between Croma, dealer and the customer
- Payment for any Tata Motors genuine accessories selected by customer, should be made directly to the dealership by the customer
H. Terms and Conditions – Hero Motocorp Bikes
- The specific model name is “HF DELUXE SELF START”, 100 cc
- Color of the bike to depend on availability
- Upon completion of the draw, Croma will contact the winning customer(s) on their registered mobile number and/or email ID
- Customer shall share the relevant mandatory information (such as name, address, mobile number, PAN Card etc.) with Croma, which shall be further shared with Hero Motocorp basis customer’s consent
- Hero Motocorp shall assign the relevant Authorized Hero Motocorp dealer based on the customer’s location – and the same shall be informed to the customer
- The customer shall confirm and provide consent on their ability to pay for charges over and above ex-showroom price, as elaborated in point 16 & 17 below and collect the bike from the said dealer
- In case the customer refuses to accept the above conditions, they will be eliminated from the Jackpot process
- Upon confirmation, Croma shall make the payment for ex-Showroom Price (ESP) to Hero Motocorp, and share the customer’s details with Hero Motocorp, within 7-10 business days
- Ex-Showroom Price (“ESP”) above includes GST and cess, as applicable
- Additionally, Croma shall also pay Gift Tax on behalf of the customer to the GoI – the shame shall reflect in the customer’s Income Tax records
- Upon receiving the customer details and payment, Croma will send a voucher in the customer’s name and address, within 7-10 business days
- The corresponding amount will be transferred to the relevant dealer account
- In case the customer does not receive any intimation from Croma within 14 (fourteen) days of confirming the dealer location with Croma, they can reach out to Croma Customer Care for assistance
- Customer shall visit the dealer to finalize the vehicle color/variant – they are free to select higher variant of the vehicle, basis availability with the dealer
- However, for higher variants, the price difference between the variant committed by Croma as a way of prize and variant selected by customer, shall be borne and paid by the customer
- Upon finalizing the vehicle, the customer can present the voucher at the dealer, pay any differential amount (if applicable), and collect the vehicle
- Dealer will retail and invoice the required vehicle in the name of customer
- Dealer will issue an invoice mentioning ESP, RTO Charges, Insurance and any local statutory charges in the name of Customer
- RTO Charges, Insurance, any local statutory charges will be directly borne by the Customer and paid to dealer
- Payment for any Hero Motocorp genuine accessories selected by customer, should be made directly to the dealer by the customer
- Hero MotoCorp Limited shall be NOT liable for any tax liability arising out of transaction between Croma, dealer and the customer
I. Terms and Conditions – Titan Watches
- The specific watch model to be given to winning customer(s) is at the discretion of Croma
- The watch shall be delivered to the customer’s registered address within 15 days of the declaration of the winners
- The watch cannot be exchanged/ returned to Croma or Titan
