• The voucher is offered at the sole discretion of The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) and the terms and conditions can be altered at the sole discretion of IHCL
• Prior table reservation is mandatory
• Any other expenses over and above the voucher value will be borne by the guest. This will be settled directly at the restaurant
• Any dispute regarding the vouchers shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction
