The box comes with a standard 1-year comprehensive warranty. Additional comprehensive warranty of 3 years is for a limited time offer, which is applicable from 1st June - 30th June 2021.

This warranty is applicable to all customers buying on Croma.com.

To avail of the additional warranty offer:

Kindly retain the invoice received upon purchase to avail of the additional warranty.

The invoice must be dated with the time period (1st June - 30th June 2021). The box will come with the standard warranty card of the 1-year warranty. Additional warranty will be based on the date mentioned in the invoice.

No additional documentation is required to avail of the additional warranty.

Terms & conditions:

The term and conditions and exclusions of the additional warranty shall be per the standard 1-year warranty card that comes in-packing with the TV.
