Q1: What is the ‘India Gets Moving’ initiative?
A: ‘India Gets Moving’ is an initiative to promote and incentivize healthy habits amongst customers buying an Apple Watch.
Under this initiative, Zopper (a trademark of Solvy Tech Solutions Private Limited) is offering a complimentary one-year ‘Zopper Wellness Program’ which is available on a voluntary basis.
This program offers the following benefits:
- Personal Accident Cover of ₹1 lakh by HDFC ERGO
- Wellness rewards of up to 100% of the sum insured (Apple Watch invoice value) by HDFC ERGO
- Access to ‘Health and Wellness webinars’ covering preventive care, general fitness, and other personal well-being-related topics

- One-time ‘Lifestyle & Health Score’ check
Q2: How do the Wellness Rewards work?
A: Apple Watch users can join under a complimentary ‘Zopper Wellness Program’ by enrolling themselves at the point of sale. After enrolment, the users need to download here by HDFC ERGO's mobile app and sync Apple Watch health data with the app. You can now start accumulating the points on a daily basis by clocking steps. The points accrued on a monthly basis can then be redeemed for availing wellness rewards up to 100% of the sum insured (Apple Watch invoice value). Remember, the more steps you take, the more points you earn!
Q3: How do I enroll in the program?
A: At the time of the Apple watch purchase, you will be provided with an option to be enrolled safely by your retailer on a secure platform, the Zopper Retailer web portal. The retailer will initiate a hassle-free enrollment post, which you will receive an email and / or SMS with a link to download a mobile application here by HDFC ERGO to avail wellness rewards offered by HDFC ERGO.
Q4: What's the mobile application' here by HDFC ERGO' for?
A: This app is your program hub for availing wellness rewards! Here, you can track your daily steps, see the points you've earned, and monitor your progress towards earning wellness rewards. Note: The app will request your consent to access step data from your device when you first log in.
Q5: Where can I track the steps and points status?
A: The steps can be tracked in the ‘India gets Moving’ Section of ‘My Profile’ in the here by HDFC ERGO app.
Q6: How many steps do I need to walk to earn points under wellness rewards?
A: The ‘India Gets Moving’ program rewards consistent activity. You'll earn points based on your daily step count. For example, consistently walking over 15,000 steps each day earns you the most points!

Q7: How many wellness rewards can I avail?
A: The program has a wellness rewards system with multiple tiers. The greater the number of points you accrue during the month, the larger the portion of your sum insured (Apple Watch invoice value) that can be utilized as wellness rewards.

Consider the sum insured (Apple Watch invoice value) for the ‘Wellness rewards’ benefit is INR 48,000.
The maximum sum insured in a month that can be claimed through wellness rewards is INR 4000{i.e., 100% of the (sum insured/12)}. Let's say you consistently walk for 11,000 steps daily throughout your monthly cycle. This would result in around 60 points (2 points/day * 30 days). Referring to the program's payout structure:
- Points Accumulated During the Month: 60 points (This falls under the "51 to 70" category)
- Wellness Rewards for that month: 30% of the (Sum insured/12) = 30%*4000
However, let’s say in the next month’s cycle you walk greater than 15,000/- steps daily, accumulating ~120 points in that month; you will be eligible for 100% wellness rewards, i.e., 100%*4000
Q8: How will the month cycle be counted?
A: The ’Zopper Wellness program’ uses a rolling monthly cycle, starting with the purchase of an Apple Watch and running on a policy month basis.
- Scenario:Customer purchases and enrolls in this program on November 11th, 2024.
- Cycle Begins:The monthly cycle for earning points will begin on November 11th, 2024.
- Cycle Ends:This monthly cycle concludes on November 10th, 2024.
Q9: What happens if I miss a day or fail to reach the step goals?
A: You need not worry! The program is for long-term participation, rewarding even small achievements with points, and encourages you to do a year-round activity to reach your Wellness Reward.
Q10: Can I carry forward the points?
A: No, the points cannot be taken forward to the next month, and if there are any extra points accrued in a given month, they will lapse.
Q11: What happens if I earn 120 points in a month as I walk 20000 steps daily?
A: You are truly special! If you walk 20,000 steps daily. However, as much as we would have liked, we are restricted by the program construct from giving anything extra. Hence, your maximum eligibility will remain as a 100% wellness reward for that month.
Q12: Is eKYC required for availing wellness rewards?
A: Your data is our priority! There is a completely transparent and safe data transaction for every customer without any data breach. To ensure your wellness rewards reach the right person, we require a one-time eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) when you are availing wellness rewards for the first time.
Q13: Can I transfer accumulated wellness rewards to another individual?
A: No, we cannot transfer the wellness rewards to anyone except the person whose details are registered during enrolment for the program.
Q14: What is the tenure of India Gets Moving initiative?
A: The wellness program offered by Zopper is nonrenewable and will lapse 12 months after the purchase date of the Apple Watch.
Q15: Will this Zopper Wellness Program be carried forward after 1 year?
A: No, the validity of the coverage under the Zopper Wellness Program is only 1 year (12 months), so it will not be carried forward. However, the points gained during the policy period can be redeemed up to 3 months after the expiry of the 12-month term.
Q16: What is the sum insured by the insurance program under the Zopper Wellness Program?
A: Under the ‘Zopper Wellness program,’ the final invoice amount of the device will be considered as the annual sum insured for the ‘Wellness Rewards,’ and INR 1 Lac is the Sum Insured for Personal Accident cover. HDFC ERGO offers these benefits.
Q17: Can the device be changed in between the policy tenure?
A: The device cannot be changed within the tenure of 1 Year after enrolling in the ’Zopper Wellness Program.’
Q18: Can the program be linked to another watch/device other than the one used at the time of enrollment under the program?
A: The ’Zopper wellness program’ is designed to work specifically with the Apple Watch you purchased. This allows for seamless data tracking through HealthKit.
Note: You can track your data only by logging in to here by HDFC ERGO app from the mobile number you provided at the point of sale during program enrollment.
Q19: Can the points be earned only by walking, not by other exercise modes like cycling?
A: Irrespective of the type of physical activity you do, if your iOS Health App detects steps (and you have linked it with here by HDFC ERGO) then such steps shall be considered under the program. However, no fraudulent means should be used for logging steps. Detection of fraud can lead to strict actions.
Note: We won't consider manual inputs provided in the health app for data tracking.
Q20: Can the mobile number be changed during the program?
A: The mobile number cannot be changed amidst the program tenure to prevent unauthorized usage.
Q21: Till when can one redeem wellness rewards?
A: The Wellness Rewards can be redeemed within up to 3 months of the completion of the 12-month period from the Apple Watch date of purchase (i.e., the date of enrollment under the ‘Zopper Wellness program’).
Q22: When will I receive the insurance policy copy?
A: The insurance policy copy (by HDFC ERGO) will generally be available within T+3 days and will be mailed or sent via SMS to your registered details (T being the date of enrolment in the program).
Q23: How do I change my name in the account if it's wrongly entered during enrollment?
A: While our stores take due care to enter your correct name at the point of sales, however in case of any such anomaly, you can connect with the customer support team < care@hdfcergo.com/ 022-6234 6234 > of HDFC ERGO to get the name corrected.
Q24: What can I do if I encounter issues while verifying my KYC in the here by HDFC ERGO app?
A: If you face any challenges while verifying your KYC in the here by HDFC ERGO app, you can complete the KYC process through this secure link. This link will open a secure platform for KYC verification, ensuring a smooth experience.
Q 25: I am changing my iPhone. Does it hamper my enrollment in the plan? If not, how will things work?
A: No, changing your iPhone will not impact the ‘Zopper wellness program’ until the same Apple ID is used.
Q26: My store didn't tell me about the plan when buying the watch. Can I enroll now (at a later date)?
A: We would have loved to have you here but unfortunately enrollment for the program is allowed only at the date of purchase of the watch.
