- Can i choose the model?
The prize includes a specific model, and downgrades are not available. You would be able to choose your preferred color as per availability with the dealer. Upgrades to a higher variant may be possible, subject to dealer availability and approval. In such cases, any additional costs, including gift tax, will be borne solely by the customer, payable directly to the dealer or relevant regulatory authorities. - Can I exchange the prize for cash or another item?
No, the gift can not be exchanged for cash or other items. - Is the prize transferable to someone else?
The prize is not transferrable. It will have to be claimed by the person who made the purchase using their name and details on the invoice or they will have to forsake the same if they don’t wish to claim the prize. - What’s included in the prize? Do I need to pay anything extra?
Croma will be paying the dealer for the ex-showroom prize of the selected model and also pay gift tax on behalf of the winner. Any additional overhead charges towards the on-road cost of the prize will have to be borne by the customer directly to the dealer. No payment has to be made to croma for claiming your prize. - Can I upgrade the vehicle? How much will it cost me?
You may be able to upgrade the vehicle variant but that will be solely at the discretion of the dealer basis availability and any additional charges will need to be completely borne by the customer directly to the dealer or related regulatory authorities. - Are there any charges I need to pay to claim my prize?
Croma will be paying the dealer for the ex-showroom prize of the selected model and also pay gift tax on behalf of the winner. No payment has to be made to croma for claiming your prize. - Will I have to pay taxes on the prize?
As long as you are continuing with the same variant, you would not need to pay any gift tax. Croma will collect your PAN card details and pay the eligible gift tax on your behalf. In case of a change in variant, you would need to pay the difference amount in taxes incurred due to the change. - What does Croma cover, and what do I need to pay for?
Croma will cover the selected vehicle’s ex-showroom price and its gift tax only. Anything over and above that which includes RTO charges, insurance, etc will need to be borne by the customer. - Why do I need to pay RTO, insurance, or other government charges?
These are mandatory charges that need to be paid to the dealer to claim your vehicle and take it home. - How do I claim my prize?
If you are announced a winner, you will receive a WhatsApp Message confirming the same. You will also be called by the store staff from where you shopped. Once the winning is confirmed and you confirm your claim on the prize by agreeing to pay the overhead charges, croma staff will initiate the acquisition process of your . For Cars and Bikes you will receive a voucher and for the watch you will receive the product. Once the voucher/prize reaches the store, the store staff will call you again to schedule your visit and handover the prize post document validation. - What documents do I need to provide to claim the prize?
You will need to furnish your winning invoice, you Aadhaar Card and PAN Card copy to claim your prize. - Can I claim my prize at any Croma store, or is it limited to certain locations?
