- Croma eGift Card Terms & Conditions
- Electronic gift cards or eGift cards are issued by Infiniti Retail Ltd (“IRL”).
- You can redeem your electronic gift card on www.croma.com (“Website”) and at Croma Stores.
- The validity period of an electronic gift card is 365 days from the date of purchase.
- If your purchase value exceeds the value of the electronic gift card, the differential amount of such purchase should be paid using the other modes of payment available on the Website and in Croma stores.
- No refund, replacement, or cashback would be considered against electronic gift cards.
- Electronic gift cards should be treated like cash. They can't be replaced or duplicated if lost or stolen.
- Once electronic gift cards are issued, IRL will refrain from entertaining any cancellation request from anybody.

- In case of returns/cancellations of any product purchased through the redemption of an electronic gift card, a refund of the same amount will be initiated on your electronic gift card. Any extra price difference paid will be refunded to the original payment mode. In the case of multiple product purchases with a combination of electronic gift cards and other modes of payment, each product being sold will get the assignment of the electronic gift card value and any other mode of payment being used based on the tender percentage contribution in total order value. A refund will be provided in the same percentage split per the original tender.
- Electronic gift cards ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs. 50,000 can be purchased.
- Croma gift cards bought on croma.com will be activated 24 hours after purchase.
- Electronic gift cards can be utilised in multiple transactions, and the balance will be carried forward if not spent within the expiry date.
- Electronic gift cards cannot be reloaded.
- Redemption of electronic gift cards by their bearer shall be a valid discharge of IRL's liabilities regarding electronic gift cards.
- Any dispute relating to electronic gift cards needs to be referred to IRL , and the decision of IRL shall be final and binding.
- Electronic gift cards are subject to applicable laws. IRL and electronic gift card holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
- Any dispute relating to the electronic gift cards issued by IRL shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
- IRL shall be entitled to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without any communication with the customer. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website.

Ans: An EGV is an e-card that can be purchased from www.croma.com and can be redeemed online as well as in any Croma Store.
Ans: The minimum value for an EGV is Rs. 500/-.
Ans: The maximum value for an EGV is Rs. 50,000/-.
Ans: The validity period of an EGV is maximum 365 days from the date of issue.
Ans: No, you don't need to activate your EGV as it is pre-activated for anyone who redeems it.
Ans: You have to fill in the sender details (Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID, complete address with Pin Code and Government ID Number) and the recipient details (Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, and Card Value. There is also a special textbox for you to write down a personalised message). An OTP will be sent to the recipient's mobile number.
Ans: The EGV can be redeemed at Croma stores and on www.croma.com
Ans: The EGV will be delivered to the recipient on the e-mail ID provided by the recipient.
Ans: You will receive your 16 digit Voucher Number, the 6 digit PIN, and the expiry details mentioned in the E-mail. Do not share OTP or PIN with anybody.
Ans: Yes, all products purchased using the EGV as a tender is eligible for refund subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to the refund procedure on the website.
Ans: The refund will be done by issuing an EGV back to the customer's Email ID. The Email ID will be the same one used by the customer at the checkout stage while redeeming the EGV.
Ans: Yes, it can be carried forward.
Ans: If the product cost is greater than the EGV value, the difference can be paid using any other modes of payment like Net banking, Credit card, Debit card, etc.
Ans: You can redeem only up to 5 EGVs in a single invoice.
Ans: If an EGV is reported as lost, junk mail, etc, the customer has to immediately notify the Croma call centre and after successful verification of the issue, and deactivation of the old card, a new voucher will be re-issued to the customer.
