Appliances like air conditioners require regular maintenance to function effectively and ensure optimal performance.
Frequently asked questions for Preventive Maintenance Service of your Croma Air Conditioner
This service is applicable for an Inverter AC, Split AC, or a Window AC of Croma brand.
You are eligible for this service if you have bought a Croma Air Conditioner in the last one year.
You can avail of this service two times in the first year. The first service can be availed of after 5 months of AC purchase and the second one after 10 months of AC purchase.
You can avail of this service free of cost, which includes general servicing, cleaning, and other checks. It will not cover charges related to repairs and spare parts.
This free service covers drain board cleaning, coil cleaning, indoor and outdoor cleaning, connection check, refrigerant check, noise/vibration check, water leakage check, and temperature function check for your air conditioner.
Once your preventive maintenance service becomes due, we will send you a WhatsApp message on your registered mobile number. In the message, click on the "Book my service" button. Our service team will contact you in 3-7 days to know your availability for scheduling the service. In case of any queries, you can reach out to us at 1800-57-27662 (select IVR option Store/Ecom, then press 4 for product repairs) or mail at customersupport@croma.com.
Our technician will visit your home for the preventive maintenance service of your AC.
The free preventive maintenance service covers dry servicing only. Any request for wet servicing will be chargeable. The charges for a wet servicing of a split AC will be ₹650 + GST and for a window AC will be ₹450 + GST.
Yes, the technician will clean up the area once the service is completed.
In case your AC is facing any issues, the technician will diagnose and fix most of them free of cost. In case any parts need to be changed, they will be chargeable. Once the issues are fixed, the preventive maintenance service will be carried out by the technician.
An AC, like any other machine, will have operational wear and tear with regular use. The preventive maintenance service covers all checks for any such wear and tear and resolves issues beforehand. This service would save any future costs that may occur if the issue is observed at a later stage.
Your first service will lapse if you miss our first preventive maintenance service call or approach us after 6 months from your AC purchase date. In this case, you will only be eligible for the second preventive maintenance service, which is available after 10 months from the AC purchase date.
