                          Digital Suraksha 
                           
                          What is the ZipCare Digital Suraksha Plan? 
                           
                          The ZipCare Digital Suraksha Plan provides protection for your device, including one-time cracked screen protection and coverage against digital theft of funds with the coverage period 1 Year from the date of purchase of the plan 

                           
                          PART A - ONE TIME CRACKED SCREEN PROTECTION 
                           

                          What’s covered:    

                             

                          • One-time Cracked Screen Protection covers all accidental damages to the Screen of the device 

                          • Repairs up to 40% of the invoice value of the covered product. 

                          • All costs related to spare parts and labour 

                          • Pick-up and drop service for your device 

                             

                           What’s not covered: 

                           

                          • Accidental, Liquid damage to the other parts of the device except the device's screen are not covered by the Cracked Screen Protection under the Digital Suraksha Plan  

                          • Liquid damage to the Screen 

                          • Cosmetic damages like dents, scratches etc. 

                          • Device with unverified/untraceable IMEI or serial number 

                           

                             

                          How to use the ZipCare One-time Cracked Screen protection: 

                               

                          Reach out to us     

                              

                          Talk to us on 1800 570 0947, write to us at customersupport/ozipcare.in or visit the nearest Croma store if Screen of your device is damaged.  Don't forget to back up your data to avoid privacy breaches or data loss. 

                           

                          Pick Up    

                          We will schedule a technician visit to collect or inspect your product and determine the issue. 

                           

                           

                          Repairs   

                          If your product is eligible, you will have to sign the device handover document. Following this, our authorized technicians will repair your product at a service center. If your product is found ineligible, device will be returned to you. 

                               

                          Delivery 

                          Once fixed, we will deliver your product to your address 

                           

                           

                           

                           

                          PART B – Cyber Shield 
                           

                          What’s covered:    

                             

                          • Digital Theft of funds as per Cyber Shield Policy. 

                          • Theft of funds suffered by You as a result of Cyber Incident; or Hacking of Your Bank Account, Credit card/Debit card and/ or Mobile wallets by a Third party 

                          • Limit of Liability: INR 1,00,000/- 

                           

                           What’s not covered: 

                           

                          • Gross negligence by You in taking precautions to safeguard Your Personal information, Bank Accounts and/or Credit cards /Debit cards and or Mobile wallets and internet communication. 

                          • Theft of funds due to physical loss or theft of Your computer system, 

                          • Withdrawal of funds via ATM made through Your bank account and/or Credit cards/Debit cards by a Third party 

                          • Theft of funds following physical theft or loss of Credit cards /Debit cards

                          How to use the CyberShield Plan: 

                               

                          Reporting the claim 

                              

                          • Report your claim by connecting to Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited on: 1800 2667780, or write to them at FL.Claims@tataaig.com. 

                           

                          • You must report as soon as is reasonably practicable during the Policy Period or the Discovery Period (if applicable): 

                          • to Insurer any actual Theft of funds which may give rise to payment under this Policy; 

                          • If You report a claim or facts that might give rise to a claim to Insurer then You must give Insurer such information and co-operation as it may reasonably require including but not limited to: 

                          • Submission of fully completed and signed claim form, 

                          • Copies of correspondence with Bank and/or Mobile Wallet with regard to Theft of funds
