Noise Air Clips 2 launches with open-ear design, built for city life

In a world of noise-cancelling earbuds and in-ear isolation, Noise is tuning into a different frequency; one where awareness trumps immersion. The Indian brand has just dropped the Air Clips 2, its second-gen open-ear wireless earbuds, designed for people who want to keep an ear on their surroundings while streaming, gaming, or just making it through a crowded street. Here’s everything that makes it special.

Noise Air Clips 2: Everything you need to know

Unlike your typical in-ear companions, the Air Clips 2 don’t go inside the ear at all. They rest just outside it, using open-air conduction powered by a 12mm driver. The result? No silicone tips, no pressure fatigue, and no awkward moments of yanking a bud out mid-conversation. It’s an easygoing alternative for folks who want their soundtrack without sealing off the world.

The clip-on design hooks over the ear and comes in three low-key shades – Frost Black, Frost Ivory, and Frost Green. They’re also IPX5 rated, which means they’ll shrug off a bit of sweat or drizzle, so there’s no need to panic mid-workout or during your monsoon commute.

For the always-connected crowd, there’s Dual Device Pairing, letting you juggle a laptop and phone simultaneously. The seamless switch between screens is paired with HyperSync tech and a low-latency mode, keeping lag at bay whether you’re gaming or hopping onto a video call.

The battery setup’s another standout. Noise claims up to 40 hours of total playtime including the case, and a 10-minute charge via Instacharge tech gives you a very usable 180 minutes of listening time. In a market full of battery promises, that’s a solid, real-world spec.

Noise Air Clips 2: Price and availability

The Noise Air Clips 2 are priced at Rs 3,999, placing them in that sweet mid-budget tier where you expect more than just the basics. But with their open-ear format and multi-device smarts, they’re carving out a niche of their own.

You can grab a pair starting July 29, 2025, on Noise’s official website, e-commerce websites, and offline through Croma and other stores.
