OnePlus might be getting rid of its signature circular camera design with the upcoming OnePlus 15. A new report hints that the phone could feature a rectangular camera module on the top left corner of the back panel, moving away from the centre-aligned circular setup seen in the past few generations.
If you are a OnePlus fan or are considering buying the upcoming OnePlus 15, here’s everything you need to know about it.
All about the upcoming OnePlus 15
According to a reliable tipster, Digital Chat Station, the upcoming OnePlus flagship will ditch the popular circular camera island. The OnePlus 15 may instead have a rectangular camera setup.
The overall design could be more angular and compact compared to earlier OnePlus flagships. The layout is said to blend seamlessly with the back, offering a more minimalist look. The camera island may house three sensors, including a main sensor, an ultra-wide unit, and a telephoto camera.
Other than design, other key features of the phone have also been revealed. The OnePlus 15 may feature a 1.5K resolution LIPO (Low Injection Pressure Overmolding) display, which promises more durability.

Other features include IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. Expect it to boot on Android 16 out of the box.
As for the release timeline, there’s still a while until we see the OnePlus 15. The device is expected to launch early next year, alongside the OnePlus 15R.
