Asus has unveiled the Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo (2026) among several other products at the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 in Las Vegas, US. It is an innovative dual-screen gaming laptop designed to deliver a next-level multitasking experience. Here’s a closer look at what the device has to offer.
2026 Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo offers multiple screen modes
Previous-generation models launched between 2020 and 2023 featured an attachable tilted panel called ScreenPad Plus. However, in the 2026 edition, Asus has replaced the ScreenPad Plus with a completely full-sized secondary display. Along with this change, the laptop now comes with a detachable keyboard and a centred touchpad.
The ROG Zephyrus Duo features a large 16-inch OLED display, a 320-degree rotatable hinge, and a built-in kickstand. It offers users five different usage modes, all aimed at enhancing multitasking.
The Dual Screen mode allows users to stack two screens, one on top of the other. Next is Laptop mode, where the detachable keyboard is placed on top of the bottom display, allowing it to be used like a traditional laptop.
Book Mode lets users operate the device like a book, with two portrait-oriented screens on either side, making it ideal for programmers and writers. Tent Mode allows the laptop to be folded into an inverted ‘V’ shape, which is useful for people sitting opposite each other to view content or play games together.
Finally, there is the Sharing mode, where both screens can be laid completely flat (180°) on a table, making it suitable for collaboration or presentations.
2026 Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo hardware specs, availability
The 2026 ROG Zephyrus Duo is a powerful machine, as it features an Intel Core Ultra processor paired with Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics. It also includes dual 16-inch 3K OLED displays with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 64GB of RAM, and 2TB of storage.
The laptop comes equipped with six Dolby Atmos speakers and a wide range of connectivity options, including Thunderbolt 4 ports, USB-A ports, an HDMI port, and an SD card slot. It weighs around 6.28 pounds and measures 0.77 inches in thickness, making it a fairly hefty device.

The 2026 ROG Zephyrus Duo is priced at $3,499 for the 32GB RAM + 2TB storage configuration. There is no word on its India availability yet.
