BoAt’s performance-focused Valour sub-brand has stepped into the growing smart ring category with the launch of the Valour Ring 1 in India. Designed for users who treat fitness as a daily habit rather than a dashboard obsession, the ring focuses on continuous health tracking without the distraction of a screen.

The BoAt Valour Ring 1 has a lightweight titanium frame, weighs under six grams, and comes in a Carbon Black matte finish. It is available in sizes 7 to 12, with BoAt offering a home sizing kit to ensure a precise fit before the final ring is delivered. Here’s all you need to know about this wearable.
A small ring with serious tracking ambitions
Like other BoAt fitness rings, this one is minimal on the outside. The BoAt Valour Ring 1 is packed with health and fitness tracking features as well. It supports 24×7 heart rate monitoring, heart rate variability insights, SpO₂ measurement, step and activity tracking, skin temperature trends, stress monitoring, and VO₂ Max estimation.
Sleep tracking includes sleep-stage analysis and daytime nap detection, while more than 40 sports modes cover activities such as strength training, running, cycling, and walking.
All health data is accessed through the updated boAt Crest app, which acts as the central hub for viewing trends and insights. BoAt says the ring uses an advanced chipset and next-generation precision sensors to enable continuous tracking while maintaining long battery life.
The company claims up to 15 days of usage on a single charge, with USB Type-C charging completing a full top-up in under 90 minutes.
The ring is rated at 5 ATM for water resistance, making it suitable for swimming and showers, and features a 6H pencil-rated scratch-resistant build for daily wear.
BoAt Valour Ring 1 price and availability
The BoAt Valour Ring 1 is priced at Rs. 11,999 and will be available via e-commerce websites, and offline retail stores across India. It comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty.
