CMF by Nothing is gearing up to launch a slew of products on April 28, with the most notable being the CMF Phone 2 Pro. Alongside, we are also getting a trio of CMF earbuds. Now, about two weeks before the official launch, Nothing has teased the design and colourways of the CMF Buds 2 and it’s ‘Nothing’ we haven’t seen before (pun, obviously, intended).

The design apes that of its more expensive sibling – the CMF Buds Pro 2. It also has similar features like the Smart Dial which can be used to control ANC levels. Interested? Read on to learn everything we know about the upcoming CMF Buds 2.
Nothing reveals the design language and colours of the CMF Buds 2
CMF, Nothing’s sub-brand, took to X to tease the design of the CMF Buds 2. The video showcases the minimalist design of the charging case, complete with a Smart Dial, much like the CMF Buds Pro 2. This time around though, the metallic design of the Smart Dial on the CMF Buds Pro 2 has been replaced by Nothing’s classic transparent look, tying it up nicely within the Nothing and CMF family.
The Smart Dial also has two holes to attach a lanyard, and the TWS will likely ship with one inside its retail box. The rest of the design remains pretty much unchanged. You’ve got the CMF branding on the outer shell, a USB-C port on the back, and an LED indicator on the front. The case’s interior houses a pairing button.
The video also shows off the three colourways of the CMF Buds 2 – Teal, Orange, and Black – all three look very trendy, and the pastel Teal option looks extra snazzy. The CMF Buds 2 will debut on April 28 alongside the CMF Phone 2 Pro, the CMF Buds 2a, and the CMF Buds 2 Plus.
